Everyone was very helpful. Was offered help at every step. Very different from we’ve experienced at the other big home supply store.

Chris K. was super helpful when I went to pick up items I purchased online. I realized I'd forgotten something and he happily offered to go back inside and buy what I needed with my credit card and bring it out to me.

Tiwanna did great job. Offered card and did not pressure me when I declined.

Very bad customer service at Reston store. Waited long time for help, but nobody showed up even after I repeatedly contacted for help. Ordered item and it came damaged, Customer service did not bother to replace the item. Most of the items are out of stock.

NADIM WAS VERY HELPFUL AT SELF CHECK OUT WITH MILITARY DISCOUNT.

Review on the entire store. It is disgusting and filthy. You make TJ Maxx and Marshall clearance racks look good. Get your staff to tidy up the aisles and exercise more customer service. The cashiers that have helped me have all been great. More cashiers and less self check outs.

I was in the self-served casher and I have a great customer service ( her name ELSA), I got stuck scanning my items and I am trying to find if I get military discount and she walk me thru and one item that keep saying not in the system. Very helpful and Thank you.

There were a number of "empty" (i.e., unattended) checkout stations, and there was exactly one cashier. Forgive me for not using "Self Checkout", but my experience with it (not all of it at Home Depot) has been less than stellar.

One time I needed a water filter for my Jennair refrigerator. There were none available in the display (looked sold out). A representative asked me what I was looking for, and I explained that the filter model was sold out. He got a ladder, went up to the top shelf and brought down a fresh case. I wasn't even looking for help, but he just happened to ask. Super helpful. And I've never had a problem, thanks to the customer service, of finding the right "Everydrop" filter for my fridge, every time, over the past seven years.

I met an associate named Eli that wasn’t in the plumbing department, but knew what I was looking for and walked me over to the product. He didn’t know the difference between the products, so I told him, and he was happy for the knowledge. You need more Elis!

Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk at customer service service

So many times when I shop at this store I can’t get any help due to the staff shortage in certain departments. The employees working there will say that that isn’t their department and they will call someone to assist yet no one arrives. Take a picture of your watch to show a manager how long you have waited and ask customer service to speak with a manager or supervisor. They will usually give a discount for the inconvenience if you ask. I highly recommend supervisor Aaron if he is available. He is very friendly and apologetic.

I have never been disappointed with Home Depot products. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful without being intrusive. On the rare occasions that I have had to return a product the return process has been seamless and satisfactory. Also I appreciate the excellent--especially price-wise--fo the cleaning products and supplies.

Friendly and easy going employees, had a good an uncomplicated experience!

I was in the lumber cutting zone to have plywood trimmed to size and out of no where a person whom I later found out is Phil from receiving walked up to me and kicked a piece of lumber on the ground directly in front of me hard enough to send it flying as a random and unprovoked show of force. This act was both dangerous and uncalled for. As a customer I now fear for my safety in the store with such an unhinged personnel employed. I would urge the strongest disciplinary actions possible for what I would describe as endangering customer in what was already a caution zone. His actions displayed a blatant disregard for rules and safety.

Cashier Tiwanna was excellent!

I followed plumbing associates 30 minutes to get a small help but he denied. Never go this store again.

The employees are very nice

Both inside and out, the Reston Home Depot is extremely clean, well-stocked and staffed year round. It never takes long to check out. And it's always easy to find help when searching for something specific.
