I was alarmed at how many customers and HD employees were allowed into the store WITHOUT wearing face masks. With the BA4 and BA5 covid variants now sharply on the rise throughout the country, allowing customers and employee to go maskless is a terrible risk for all of us. Please resume your earlier policy of requiring EVERYONE inside the store to wear a face mask. Thank you.

During my visit to the garden center, there was a sale on plants, posted prices dis not match the prices at the register. I asked for assistance, the cashier called for assistance and NOBODY came to assist. I left the register, went inside to customer service, they called for assistance and NOBODY came to assist. No one was available the garden and no one could confirm pricing. After almost 40 minutes in the store, I grabbed my plants and demanded someone ring me up for the pricing posted. It is ridiculous how there was No one to assist out there in the garden division. I may not go back to this Reston/herndon location that is crazy.

Customers can generally find an HD staff member who knows where to find even obscure items and is happy to help customers out. Staff member Tiwanna provided cheerful and efficient 5-star quality checkout service.

I picked up an online order for a bifold closet door. The box was open and missing hinges so cashier gave me a discount. Saved me time & money not having to reorder the door.

I Really like the Home Depot

I needed help picking a new toilet. Everyone was extremely courteous & friendly. I am very happy with my new American Standard toilet. It's usually my first choice.

Recently purchased washer and dryer from the appliance department and everyone was very helpful from the point of selecting the appliance to figuring out the specific parts needed for the installation. Everyone was friendly and even helped price match the products.

Overall the store is very busy with not enough caring employees to take care of customers, parking is a nightmare specially for contractors with large vehicles

This home depot had a big selection/variety of flowers and plants and a very helpful sales associate named Mike H. Highly recommend!

The Reston Pkwy location continues to provide some of the prettiest and healthiest plants and flowers around. You have to stop in if you want that extra something in your garden.

We visited another Home Depot that had far less outdoor and indoor lights in their inventory.

I have used the Home Depot in Reston, VA for over 90%of my home renovation needs which includes every room including an additional powder room. The experience has been very easy and pleasant both dealing with people in the store and on line purchases both sent to my home and to the store. The occasional return was very quick and easily done. I will continue to use this Home Depot for all my home needs on the years to come.

I have used this product several times on older hardwood floors and after the correct application, the floors look almost brand new. Additionally, I have received many compliments from clients attesting to the results.

I have been to this location several times and always had bad experiences! I bought furring strips and was charged for fence posts! A manager made this mistake!

Using common sense to have that "HOW CAN WE FIX IT" attitude instead of how it ^cant be done was great!

When I asked for help finding a product, Juliana not only looked up the location of the item, but also personally escorted me to find it. Then she showed me hiw to use the self-checkout machines.

I bought some roller shades for my apartment. Employee "Kay" at the Reston Va home depot was very helpful and patient with me as I selected and purchased the shades.
