After a not so positive experience at another HD store, I purchased the item I needed online and picked it up at the Rexville store. The treatment at the customer service desk at this store was far superior than the Bayamon store.

When I did not find what I was looking for, I asked for help, and the employee was very helpful by taking me to find what I was looking for.

Twelve years ago I bought a stainless steel stove gas top. Only now I have had to replace it and low and be whole I was able to buy the exact same model.

Today i was helped by Gwen for a tool warranty. I was very pleased with her customer servce. Excelent work

Sales associates are very professional, friendly and helpful.

I brought a wet and dry vacuum. The dry bag is not included and nobody told me about it. i forgot my cellphone and they don't give me the discount because i need de QR code. Go back to buy the bag and this time bring the phone. The QR code did not work and she give me the discount manually. Why she didn't do the same the first time.

They help to you for you to find exactly what you need, and there's always someone to greet you. Cashiers are also very caring and nice.

When I built my house some 15 years ago, I bought almost everything from Home Depot, including bathroom equipment, kitchen appliances, and much more. Everytime I need something for my home improvement, I go to Home Depot. Highely recommended!

I was looking for an specific product to create a background for my daughters wedding and I found it!!!

The employees at this location go out of their way to help you find what you need. Best customer service I have ever experienced at a Home Depot anywhere.

Been going to this Store for years and the staff is always great helpful. Very clean and mostly well stock, been short of some stuff, but I know is because the situation going on with the Covid-19 . Keep up the good work. So far so good with me.

First i just say it's my second visit their,I usually go to Bayamon,but here at Rexville,was greeted,kindly at the door with the hand sanitizer and a smile,also the workers were so efficient but so sad I did not get one of the items I wanted,but overall,it was very spacious,clean,and neatly arrange.

This is the best store that HD has in the metro area in PR customer service is excellent i grade it in a scale of 10 an 11 because they surpassed it
