Pretty well organized store good positive actitudes

Having employees greet at the entrance with supplies to sanitize carts, take tempatures and having hand sanitizer makes a better safe environment and shows the Administration cares for the wellbeing of clients. Employees at this store are kind and have a great attitude in helping. Thats why we visit Homedepot. Keep up this good work.

Love this store. Cleaner than the other Home Depot in Puerto Rico. Employees are friendly and definitely helpful, unlike other Home Depots. This store has more supplies and if they don't have something, some nice employee will call and check other stores for you

I was surprise today, 12/14/2020, when I went to The Home Depot #6405, Bayamon, P.R. The line moved quickly with the protocol of security to protect the community and the Staff. I can't get the assistance of a associate, but all were in order. I can do myself the selection of the merchandises. The store and there bathrooms were clean. The associate, Edwin, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional in the cashier. Thanks Home Depot for bringing products of quality and counted with a Professional Staff that care for us.

This is my favorite Home Depot Store. Even do I purchased an washer and dryer I won't receive the merchandise until 2 months. I understand is do to the pandemic and accepted it. I wish I go get it earlier. Overall my experience in this store is always good, associates are very kind and helpful.

Some of the employees need to improve their communication with customers when handling issues with purchases and keep the informed of steps taken to resolve these issues, especially with items promoted are not available. If items are not, there should be some method of contacting customer when they become available!
