I received Excellent service in the plumbing dept from Zorilla she is a short lady in plumbing Very knowledgeable And assistant from Johathon dept 29 Finding what i needed Another young lady in the hardware area of screws and nails was helpful too did not get her name spoke English very well

I can't believe that i have experience the PERFECT day in a store like yesterday in this HOME DEPOT in REXVILLE Bayamon. The customer service was superb, all the associates were happy, smiling, using kind words and all of them willing to gave the extra mile in all the departments i visit yesterday. I had an amazing experience, i am grateful, satisfied and very, very happy. THANKS !! Be safe !!

The check-out process is quickly. If you have to refund an article the process is quickly as well. Customer service representative, at the return post, are kindly and diligent people. I liked the service received.

The supervisor of customer service Darlene need to improve her actitud facing a customer problems in order to solve the situation her actitud are unacceptable

The store is very clean and organized, employees were presto to help, any one we meet ask if we need anything please ask them.

Long line to pay, not enough cashiers open. Just one line for everything Selfpay and regular cashiers. No age line, went with my father (87 years old) to buy stuff for his house. Had to do the line like everyone else.

I have been to all Home Depot stores in PR and I always compare them to the Rexville store as in this store everything is always tidy, employees are available to assist and I have no issues if I need help or to make a return on any item. Beside this when the Kids Workshop was available this store made a HUGE difference in all kids life by the way of treating them and making them feel included and not put aside, missing those times. Keep up the Good Work.

If you are doing a bathroom repair or a DIY, I highly recommend to go visit Rafael Moralez At the bayamon Location store.

one of the most things I like is dedication for at least 90%of the employees,there are others 10%they think they are the last coke in the desert.But rexville I got better experience vs Plaza del Sol if can I wont go there.I like when they presents their respect to the veterans,Rexville need to go back to that.My brothers are veterans too at least we go to the store 5 times a week.

This HomeDepot store is great! There is a spaceous parking area. The associates are kind and helpful and if you need to return anything you are in and out in a flash! LOVE IT! It is always clean and well lite.
