I came in to buy a chair as I was checking out at the self checkout an employee accused me of stealing as I was proceeding to switch to another register since their machines weren’t working properly,

Assistant manager Dan went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my visit.

I went in looking for couple things that will be needed once the snowfalls, Cherie, or Sherry… Not sure what her name is… Saw that I was Floundering; And made the experience pleasant rather than frustrating. In addition, two other people also offered to help while I was waiting for her to look for something in the back. Then At checkout, there is a very nice young man who helped me find my military discount on my app. What could’ve been a frustrating experience turned into a pleasant one. Thank you.

I watched for several minutes as 5 customer service employees chatted with each other and stared at their phones, before I finally had to ask if someone could help me. One, very agitated that she had to get off her phone, finally did my return. She made it clear, she wasn’t there to help anyone.

I purchased an item that was pretty much hard to fine I went to several stores looking for it and no one had it locally I went to Home Depot in Richfield and 66th Street in Mither very friendly young lady who work at Home Depot name Cher who provided me with Massimo knowledge information about the product that I was looking for but I wasn't really aware of help me carry it to the register into my vehicle. You did not find service this great anymore the service alone caused me to want to come back and continue to shop at Home Depot.

Chip went above and beyond to help us! He answered all our questions and was very patient going through all our options.

As a woman going into a big box store, purchasing lumber, I was so happy with the employees willingness to help me find what I needed.

The associates were very knowledgeable and were happy to assist me after a long day. A customer service associate named Sam especially provided great service, and went above and beyond in not only helping me find what I needed, but connecting on a personal level to make the visit special. If you are having a difficult time at this location, seek this employee if they can help. They were a great aspect of the store.

good people they know their stuff

The new refrigerator I bought lit up when the door was open but would not start up. After extensive searching found a software mode that had been selected by in-store personnel to turn off the compressor. Further searching identified the software steps to restore normal operation.

I was shopping for a particular plumbing part and Home Depot had it in stock for immediate purchase. Thanks Home Depot.

I can't say enough about Brian Kennedy! He helped me pick a new storm door, set up the measurement appt and then the installation. Helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!

I was helped out by a young man at self check out named Mekhi. He went above and beyond helped me find an item I was going to pass on because I couldnt find it and even helped me navigate the self check out. Very nice.
