Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff

This Richfield MN store is my favorite! My last trip I encountered three excellent employees. Simon, Dave and Jane. They were cheerful, helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I wasn’t treated like a “bother” when I asked for assistance . I used to teach customer service classes. They could all be my “Poster Children)!!! You are lucky to have them.

Very helpful people especially Casey and Fred. Answered my questions. Found the grill I wanted and got the order done in spite of the computer. Got the grill I thought I wanted at a reasonable price.Hard to find helpful people in some big box stores. Casey and Fred were exceptionally helpful.

The staff in millwork went above and beyond to help me find a new entry door.

Great store, always find what I need very easy. The employee at the Power Tools section was on a wheel chair and still he did provide a great customer service. -A

Compared to other big box home stores, this is like your neighborhood friendly little hardware store. Get help finding things, assistance with tools, fasteners, any questions, and lots of helpful advice. Associates always greet me and ask if I need any help with anything. I never have to wander for miles and hope I will stumble into the right department.

Fred was nice.

Clean, organized, and employees who are friendly and helpful and can even help if you don't know what to call what you are looking for.

The staff is great here. They are very helpful and always ready to help. From answering questions or loading up the car. There is no hesitation.

Fred helped me with a return - I bought something and it was the wrong color. All I care about in that situation is make it fast and efficient and don't humiliate or interrogate me unnecessarily. It was perfect. As I want and expected. Thanks Fred! very professional.

Great employees, most help I ever gotten, more than any other home Depot but management is ridiculously bad! Probably just supervisors, have no clue how to resolve issues!

Don't go to this Home Depot anywhere near close to closing time! They will try their best to run you out the door!

Staff associates are very helpful . The store is clean and well organized. I found what I needed with some direction from staff who were quite helpful.

The Home Depot people are always helpful. I have lots of questions and they have lots of patience and lots of answers. They also process returns very quickly without any hassles.

Our cashier, Ruth, was very friendly and helpful and helped us sign up for the credit card. Two thumbs up for Ruth.

Great store, friendly staff, lots of good advice from store associates. Oh yes and the fact this store allows and even loves dogs is a huge plus to shopping here. Lastly we always get our Christmas trees here too.

I had a little trouble deciding among the many options of light bulbs. The greeter at the front door, and also the man in the lightbulb department, were very helpful.

IPad two recent experiences, including a major purchase of a new toilet, and a simple purchase of light bulbs. Both went smoothly and efficiently. The staff was very helpful.

I went there to make a decision about a new toilet, and possibly arrange to buy one. I dealt with three or four staff members altogether; all of them were very helpful.
