Looking for fall flowers and lawn treatments , well HD has them now, plus they have employees who actually greet you and don’t act like you are bothering them when you ask a question

Staffing like many places is low. Manager Pauline and Nathaniel in major appliances still maintain a positive, can do attitude.. Unfortunately this is not the case with other managers/staff. It took multiple calls to have a department answer.rather than yes/NO As to recommendation it is your call whether Yes or NO. We need a N/A option for todays environment!

The store manager Brandon was very helpful, fun, kind and eager to help. Alexandra at customer service was sweet, helpful and fast to check us out. We love this Home Depot and come everyday to shop for our business.

Got to the store shortly before closing needing a flapper ball to fix a toilet. Received excellent help and was on my way very quickly.

Stuart at the garden checkout was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I shopped 2 days in a row - didn't get enough of the products I needed the first time. I was hoping Stuart would be working again, and he was! This time, I also met Dalonn who was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Emitt is the man, he is the best person at home depot and made me laugh the entire time he was helping me, great service.

The employees are always helpful and friendly. Along with competitive prices, this makes it an obvious pick when I need a hardware store.

Excellent place to shop esp for hardware, wood, paints, lighting, garden tools, you name it you have it here.

Home DePot is lacking terribly in Customer Services. The staff is just not being trained properly.

I went in with my boyfriend today to buy a lattice piece for a new project. We were passed by three different employees, asked for assistance over the intercom, and waited for 20 minutes!! Until a nice young man Jordan come to help us in the middle of getting a task for his job done. He saw us get passed by, and that we had been waiting ((wasn’t even his department at the time). We go here often, and have never had any issues with anything, but today was off. I thank Jordan for putting a halt in his job to do someone else’s!!

The sales associate was especially helpful. I was doing something for the first time, and he helped me figure out how to do it and helped me find all the materials I needed. He had a great attitude -- service with a smile. Then, at the register, the cashier was outstanding. I have always liked Home Depot. This experience reinforces my feelings.

Do not buy this toilet. It was defective. When I tried to return they said, sure we'll give you your money back. But, here is the clincher, you have to get rid of it yourself. Isn't that nice of them? I was not happy with the results of this purchase and will not be making anymore purchases at Home Depot again. The Customer service in returning this was poor as well.

This store is always kept well organized, neat, and clean. Finding articles is easy and intuitive. I have always found in stock what I am looking for. Staff is professional and polite.

All products I purchased were not in the bags the cashier placed in my cart. The item is on my receipt. I called customer service on hold 15+ minutes. Called again, spoke to the Manager. Will not correct this over the phone. I must drive back to the store. It’s Home Depot’s fault, they should deliver the product to my home or credit my bank account

Shannon in the Paint Department at the Short Pump, VA store went above and beyond to address a paint mixing issue I had. Through trial and error to match a color the the mixing machines had screwed up, he took complete ownership of my problem and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the end result.

This Home Depot has a lot of great, appealing inventory available in its Garden Center and their cashier, Donna, was one of the friendliest people I've encountered, all while being very efficient.

We always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Great deal on a highly rated machine

No one was willing to help with loading or unloading, even after they offered and I accepted, they just seemed to disappear when I started loading, but not to do anything, just standing around. I loaded a 16' x 8' trailer full of lumber by myself. I will NEVER step foot in this Home Depot again

An exceptional man, Allen Hite, Jr went out of his way to help me in the kitchen cabinet/ counter top area. His expert knowledge helped me make an easy decision. I am so thankful.

Home Depot empowers their customer service agents to resolve issues quickly and appropriately. Emmit particularly was amazing. I will shop this HD for all my hardware/home needs.

This store took care of things when it went wrong. The system was down and would not print/email me a receipt for my truck rental & they took diligent time & effort to fix it. They also gifted me a water, checked on me while I waited, kept me updated on the status & gave me a free rental as the wait was 1hr before we could get the system to work. I appreciate you guys! Jaeda (the manager) was phenomenal. Thanks for genuinely putting the customer first!

Mgr, asst mgr and staff all provided the best customer service I've ever experienced in that environment. All went above and beyond to help me.
