Home Depot short pump very special because of Hannah

I highly recommend Ms. Hannah at the paint department to all customers, she is very friendly and helpful and also she knows all about the store and her products very well, if she is not sure she will still find answers whiles you are still shopping but please be nice because she is the star ⭐️ of the short pump Home Depot.

Love this store. They always have what I am looking for and a majority of their employees are friendly and made readily available.

I was able to get the items I needed but the woman at the paint counter was rude to me and the cashier and the woman at the door couldn’t seem to care less about me or the other customers at this time . Hopefully this is not the usual way Home Depot employees treat the customers all the time . I have been to this store in the past about 6 months ago and I don’t remember them being this way . I feel sorry for the other employees that work at this store that are professional and care about the customers . I didn’t have a good experience this time

Well staffed store, customer focused team.

I have been to many Home Depots around the Richmond area and the friendliest contractor desk employees are in Short Pump.

This is my second time making a purchase at this location. Both time I was please with the associate & the price offer.

Terrible just terrible customer service.

The Home Depot in Richmond West broad is a great place to shop. The customer service is outstanding and the prices are very competitive .

I would like to THANK both Leo and Kenny for their OUTSTANDING service! Both of these team members ALWAYS go above and beyond to assist whenever I need anything! I seek these two out for assistance because they are so helpful! I I wish EVERYONE could be like these two wonderful, caring team members....they truly make this store so wonderful! I love shopping here because they are so knowledgeable and always has the answer and product for what I'm looking fore! THANK YOU!

I’ve had the Best Customer service from Glen Allen Home Depot Mr. Allen Hite Jr. Knew about all products, easy to communicate with, great laugh, he made me feel I was part of the Home Depot Family. Love , Love this store Always has everything I need and more. Mrs. Char

Workers attentive, helpful in this, "Home Depot" store location. One was paged to help me find specific products and offer helpful imput. 'COVID' precautions were in place: sanitizer at door, 6' distance notices placed on store floor. However... one of these 'notices' was loose and sticking up 5", BY CASH REGISTER, presenting hazard to customers (whom could slip or trip over this, injuring themselves, etc.). I could not believe I had to call this to a worker's attention, asking it be fixed, immediately! If I had not been in a hurry, would have had manager paged to bring this issue to her or his immediate attention!

Everyone in this store is so very helpful! The service given is the BEST EVER...from EVERYONE! I would like to give give special recognition to Kenny in Hardware (formally the nursery). Kenny has ALWAYS (for over 3 years) gone above and beyond to ensure I had all the help I needed. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate his customer service! I also want to mention Leo and Willie and Muncy, and the AGM Kyishha (SP)!!!! YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!!!

Mike at the front desk is courteous and accommodating during my 30 min wait for online to come up. Actually he went back finally and got it himself. He is also friendly and curteous at the return desk (yesterday).

We found that the prices at this location are much cheaper than other stores, like the one on MidlothianTpk

This store employees are very kind and responsive to customers. The store is very clean and comfotable to shop!

After two (2) consecutive days of redialing the online customer service number; not being able to complete my online purchase; I decided to contact the store nearest me for assistance. “Christian” answered the phone, welcome, identifying the store, himself and offered to be of service. After explaining what had happened online, he immediately took charge, apologized, asked a few questions, model number, etc. I felt confident. The purchase was completed in a professional/expeditious manner.

Maybe 2 employees had masks. All the rest no. And employees where engaged in close contact with one another and not using any PPE. I am appalled.

Thank goodness Nyisha was there. I was very stressed out and she came to the rescue

I was surprised at the inventory and excellent customer service in the blinds department.

Excellent store. Very good selection of washers/dryers which is what we were shopping for. Very courteous and knowledgeable sales person, Lamyra, helped us with our purchase. Will definitely ask for her again.

store is always clean and you carry the tools I like.The lumber dept is well stocked and the people are always eager to assist in all debts.
