store does not honor advertised/posted sale prices

Floor was not properly stocked with a sale item, but Jessica in Customer Service came through where the workers on the floor did not. Thank you Jessica for making the trip worth my time.

This was the first time in a LONG time where there were enough cashiers on hand, cashiers that did the scanning for us and cashiers that appeared to be genuinely happy and happy that we were shopping there.

Needed a shelf hanger and asked for help Bill new what i needed and was very happy to help very friendly workers

I am often at HD, the Riverdale store in particular and I never have issues and I'm always able to get exactly what I need in store (or I find a suitable alternative)! Aside from my local hardware store, HD Riverdale is my go to shut EVERYTHING. From tools to nuts and bolts for one offs fixing my Harley. I always find what I need here and highly recommend the Riverdale home depot!

I went to the store today and found everyone one to be helpful. The employee I was working with made some suggestions on what I needed. I used his suggestions and the items I bought were perfect.

We had a bad experience with the customer service when calling in to check product availability, but when we arrived the associate named Christopher greeted us and was so kind through the entire transaction. He ended up checking us out and was so very kind.

We were at the store Wednesday at 4:30 and for over 30 minutes could not find a single person to assist us with our purchase. When we finally ready to checkout, there were 5 associates hanging out by the registers discussing their weekend plans and did not acknowledge any customers. Very poor experience

We just recently purchased a appliance package at the Riverdale location. Not only was the salesperson Patricia helpful, the Samsung rep Timothy was onsite and extremely helpful as well,

Purchased an additional (6-hour) battery for my Ryobi chain saw, pole saw and hedge trimmer. Cordless Ryobi makes the yard work much easier.

Everyone in this store seems to enjoy their job and are happy to help when needed.

At approximately 1:00 am, early Monday morning, after a weekend of driving rain, I was awoken by my wife who was frantic because the basement circuit breaker kept tripping and since the two basement sump pumps weren't running, the water was rising quite rapidly. I jumped out of be because I knew there was only one electrical device in the basement that would trip the circuit breaker and that was one of the sump pumps. Arriving in the basement, my worst fear had been realized, both sump pumps had overheated and ceased. I installed the one backup sump pump I had, which served to prevent the water from rising any further and stayed up most of the night trying to keep the water at bay. Plumbing is my nemesis but thank God for Andy, the plumbing department representative. Needing to repair and re-engineer my failing basement sump pump system, Andy was just what I needed to quickly select all the correct parts and equipment to get my sump pump system up and running better than it ever has. Andy even helped me establish a spare pump configuration that I can very easily drop in place should I experience another sump pump failure. I thank God for Andy in plumbing.

We have been looking for weeks for the “perfect” patio set. We happen to stop by this Home Depot to see if they had anything available. As previously mentioned, prior to even entering the store Ravi greeted us and made himself available to answer any questions we had. There was a particular set we saw online which was sold out but Ravi was able to support us in still getting the pieces we wanted for a fair price. Thank you to Rich and Ilayna for making the checkout process easy and seamless! We appreciate it!
