I went looking for a part for my briggs and Stratton lawn mower. The nice gentleman from the string trimmer section went out of his way to help me

I just waited 10 minutes in a long line in the garden department with $225 of merchandise, only when I get my turn at the self checkout, the clerk runs over to rudely state she was going to close this register. Based off the line I patiently waited in, I suggested the register stay open since other customers were audibly complaining. This employee proceeded to accuse me of cutting the entire line I just waited though. I’m ready to return my merchandise and never shop here again after dealing with this nasty hag of a store clerk.

Store was friendly and was informative

I drive past Clifton Home Depot /Allwood location just to shop here because of the cleanliness of the store and its helpful employee's.

I was unsure about which lawn fertilizer to purchase. The vendor compared my two choices and explained why one was better than the other.

Every time I shop here I either feel like I’m annoying or interrupting the employees too busy talking with one another. Decided ordering things online to pick up that was also horrible employee tried to give me tool with a completely crushed box didn’t want to give me another one cause he would have to get a ladder 2 stars is is being kind

The store is fairly well stocked and they have just about everything I ever need. Small things are sometimes hard to find but they usually have it somewhere

Great experience I will continue to shop at that Home Depot because of the professional employees and the courtesy they give especially to elderly people

Lorraine was extremely helpful and very friendly. She even offered to open up a charge card for me. With an additional discount and a free Snow Shovel. You need more People like her !!!

Anthony and Heidi are awesome! Theres no skipping a beat with those 2. Very professional and down to earth. I'll come back just for them. Not only that but Heidi remembered me as well that goes a long way with customers!

We bought a Christmas Tree (as we do every year at Home Depot) this past Sunday and in only four days, it is dry, crunchy, dying. I cannot believe it could not last at least two weeks. I also can't beleive I have to return it and start all over again. Very disappointing.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for several years. I must say 99% of the time very happy. Occasionally a part timer does not know what they’re doing. In general the store is well and run and managed.

Focus on products the buyers can inexpensively purchase for nice Curb Appeal to there Home, Condo, or Townhouse. Many of your customers want to purchase items they can't afford to have their property look like the "Jones".

Went into the Riverdale store for a piece of wood to complete a project with my 4 year old son. He was SO excited to gather our materials for our project. The issue began at check out; the cashier Alexis, was dismissive, rude and downright nasty to myself and my child. She yelled at him, was unhelpful in our checkout process and huffed and puffed the entire time we were endeavoring to check out. I'm sorry we were such a hassle for you, Alexis, perhaps you (or Home Depot!) should recognize customer service is not an industry you should be working in since dealing with customers isn't in your interest! No cashier should ever make a child cry unnecessarily! Do better Home Depot, you have lost us as a customer as a result of this experience!

Store staff are friendly and very professionals

My experience was great at this Home Depot store in Riverdale. They had exactly what I needed and the cashier I went to only took credit cards but switched me over to the other cashier and he took me right away for cash payment. She was very nice and helpful

The employees are especially kind to old guys who are broke and having a bad day, y'all are amazing thank you
