Store personnel was available to help me with information and selection of my heater and even got a cart and moved it to the cashier area for me. I’m 79 and really appreciated that level of service.

PICK-UP EXTERMELY CONVENINT AND EASY TO USE

Visited the Riverdale Home Depot today for plumbing supplies. Personnel was knowledgeable and polite. A welcome difference, based on other shopping trips to other retail stores recently. Robin at checkout was very helpful. Sometimes you’re offered a credit card and it takes forever. Not this time, Robin is very knowledgeable and the process was quick.

They always have EVERYTHING I NEED! Very helpful employees when you need them.

I find everyone to be extremely helpful, polite and friendly every time I visit the store.

The Associates are very helpful and provide excellent customer service.

I shop here all the time because of the pro desk. They make my shopping expience better and faster than other stores. Cannot find anywhere else. When i come in i am always greeted by name. And i enjoy that feeling.

I really enjoyed my visit, like many visits before. But Victoria was very helpful and understanding. I will be making sure that anyone I know knows about the experience I've had so that know to go to the Riverdale store.

I needed plywood and I called customer service I spoke with James. He went and grabbed 7 sheets of plywood and had it ready for me to just pick up when I got there. So kind!

If your paint shopping, bring a towel with you and wear old clothes. The deck sealer cans have a thick layer of dust on them. I wish they'd clean the containers before putting them on the shelf.

RUN BY A BUNCH OF MORONS

Janet, a cashier had to reboot the card reader at checkout. She said it would probably take 3 to 5 minutes. Instead of making everyone on line wait she hustled to a different register and got us all out of the store quickly. And she was funny and pleasant about it all. Thanks Janet

All trailers will have issues, especially in this time when they lack employees. This home Depot is very consistent in the service. If you ask, most employees are willing to help, and if they don't know the answer, they will direct to a better source of assistance. I go to this store about 2-3 times a month.

I mainly shop at the Monroe, NY, and Mahwah (?), NJ Home Depots. This particular store in Riverdale compared nicely. Kudos.

Liam is the best associate in this store. He is always so friendly and helpful and truly goes above and beyond for all of the customers he helps.

We love coming to this store! The employees are very nice and helpful! They always have everything we need and more.

Ms. Brianna from customer service, two guys from Paint and a guy from HVAC/Plumbing areas were so exemplary. They were so patient with me in answering all of my questions, recommended stuffs that I really need since I don't really have any idea about home tech supplies. Great service and selection of supplies and great garden center

The way to get assistance is to go to cashier immediately and ask for assistance in any where in the store.

We have been shopping for a refrigerator and over the stove microwave. With help from Brian, we found both that suited our needs and budget. We should have gone to Home Depot first!

They consistently carry the products I need, and everyone, including vendors are happy to assist.

Really great store, had no issues finding what I needed after asking for some help.
