The Garden center at the Riverdale store is my favorite place to buy plants. Mandy Minnoch and her staff are wonderful and know so much about the flowers. Leona our cashier was so friendly and knowledgable as well. 10/10 !!!

My recent trip to Home Depot started with a dead end: the Ryobi cordless trimmer attachment I needed was nowhere to be found on the shelf. Despite the system showing stock, it seemed like a disappointment was in store. Enter Doug and Brett, absolute superstars who redefined customer service for me. They transformed the stockroom into a scene straight out of a treasure hunt, their infectious enthusiasm and teamwork a bright spot in my shopping trip. While they ultimately couldn't unearth the exact attachment, their dedication to finding a perfect alternative at a discount completely exceeded my expectations. And the fantastic service didn't end there! Lindsay, the cashier who checked us out, had a smile as warm as her helpfulness. Overall, despite the initial frustration, my Home Depot experience turned into a delightful surprise. Thanks to Doug, Brett, and Lindsay's fantastic customer service, I left the store with everything I needed (and more!), and a newfound appreciation for the Home Depot team.

From the time I entered to the time I left, four employees contacted me, each asking if they could be of assistance. Each demonstrated kindness and a willingness to help, including walking me to the item's location!

Been using this store for 20+ years. Very helpful, and always stocked with what i need.

Although my job takes me all over the wasatch front, from Logan to Provo, The Riverdale store is my go to in its ease to find things quickly, find employees to help and to check out quickly. Their friendly environment and knowledge of their store surpasses all others in forced to shop at. I’ll go out of my way to stop here, instead. Thank you, Riverdale!

We went in to get some plants and garden supplies. The employees walked us through the plants and told us about them and which ones thrive in what and how to take care of them! Which was amazing!

As I got to the cashier, I realized that I had left my wallet at home. While I waited for my wife to bring my wallet to me, Tanner, the associate at the self service check out, he had rang up my items in two separate transactions, because I needed two separate receipts. So when I checked out it was smooth!

Dave In plumbing is the best! He was right on it! Knowledge, help and details. If you’re not sure what to ask but need help he is the Man!!!

Skype Smith was amazing! She did everything to help us. Calling around, checking online, I even found out after she stayed beyond her shift to finish trying to help us. The next day she even followed through with a phone call. Gosh, what service!

This store offers great customer service.

Thanks Doug for a wonderful experience shopping for a new Snowblower. Everyone was pleasant and helpful once we walked in and until we left the store.

Both Liz and Jenny were acceptable and provide a great customer service the pro desk is the best.

James in garden shop was great

We had two employees named the same name, Thomas. They both went out of their way to help us find the correct product.

My wife was tricked into signing up for a credit card because they failed to mention that she was signing up for a credit card until AFTER she had already signed up. They asked if she would like to sign up for a "Home Depot Account" which she took as a Rewards Account of some sort. Afterwards, the manager couldn't really do anything as the instant credit is now handled by a bank and not Home Depot. They made it sound like it was normal practice to not mention the words "credit card" during that process, which is shady to me. I hope this review can help change their processes and training so that this doesn't happen to someone else who could be negatively affected by taking on a credit card.

Eric P (Mgr) and Krystal (Pro Center) are excellent representatives of the Home Depot brand. Professional, inquisitive and service oriented. Very helpful.

This store is great! Daysen did a great job helping me out with checking out.

I bought a thermostat and applied a coupon that was very complex but nonetheless Courtney working at the customer service center hooked it up and help me out in getting a new thermostat at the same price

The cashier, Lindsay, at customer service and manger on duty, Andrea, were extremely patient and provided an excellent overall experience in working through our placement order, making sure everything was correct, and answering our many questions. Everything was in stock, which is a huge plus when ordering in bulk.

Millie Chambers at the Riverdale store was amazing to work with. She was patient with all the questions we had. She was knowledgeable of the products. She even found a flaw in our design and help us fix it. I strongly recommend working with her!
