Design Consultant Terri Davis worked with us to meet our needs for basement cabinets and re-worked the plans in order to meet our wants and needs. She was cheerful, capable, and helpful.

I had questions about a project I had and when the employee was not able to give me an answer, he took me straight to the store manager and introduced him to me. Everyone was very helpful in making my project a sucess.

Shame on Home Depot for putting a cap on how much incentives Veterans can get in a year. People that fight for our country would never put a cap on what we do to keep our country free.

I had planned to purchase new kitchen appliances online but their website doesn’t do military discount so I went in the store with the printout of what I wanted to buy. Theresa and Elmer were so helpful. The computer was having difficulty giving me the Black Friday deal and my military discount and they troubleshooted the problem and were able to help me out!

Had the opportunity to visit the Home Depot Store in Riverdale on 7th November. The experience was excellent. Such friendly and very helpful staff. Such a great jump start and confidence boost for your home project! Thanks Home Depot. We'll be back.

I shop this Home Depot a lot. I know where to find the stuff I need. It is organized; I can get in, get what I need, get out, and get the job done.

Every visit to this store is a good one. The associates I’ve encountered are always helpful and pleasant to work with. I have purchased appliances as well as rented tools at this location and everyone is awesome to work with!

It's a pleasure shopping in a store where SERVICE. is always here and it shows all the managers here I know well and they really care for the customers. Liked it so much company I work with partnered up because of the OPS. Manager S. Minnoch and we have spent over 1.1 million $ just in lumber You need to know how hard Shaun and his team worked and continue to work on our account. We live on Coalville so we normally hit the Park City location. We just happened to be in Riverdale and needed to pick up a few more items for an outdoor project. Tina in the garden center was AMAZING! She was very professional and personable all at the same time. She even sold us on a Home Depot credit card. There are very few people left in retail like her that can engage and provide genuine customer service. In fact every associate we encountered throughout this store said HI. We will definately be shopping this location from now on!

The leadership in this store starts with Shaun minnich He and his staff Is the reason I continue to shop in the Riverdale home depot This home depot wouldn't be the same if he wasn't there always above and beyond

Each time I am in this store all of the staff is always helpful and more than willing to make sure that the customer gets what they need it's nice to feel that you're important as a customer can't say enough about the Riverdale home depot

Everyone was friendly and helpful

From the time we walked in until we walked out the staff was very friendly and very helpful, especially the cashier, Sherry. Also impressive was Alicia in Customer Service! Both are great people and excellent representatives of your store.

My 10 year old brad nailer had stopped working, so I went in and asked for help. I hadn't lubed it, and that was the first recommendation, which was logical. When that did not cure it, I went back and an associate took me to the rental section to test and evaluate it. There, it appeared that the internal gaskets had dried and cracked from age, and so it would not work. While I was not happy that it stopped working, every associate that I had contact with tried to be helpful and took reasonable and logical steps for my problem to be solved. I was greatly impressed with the professional service I received, and that's why I do business with this Home Depot store.

I would recommend the store except for the paint department. I drove down from Evanston to Ogden to get some exterior paint so I could touch up the outside of our house. I spent 10-15 min talking with a lady from the paint department about various paints and which one would be best against fading and etc. We settled on two colors and some quality exterior paint. I went, finished grabbing what I needed and then returned to the paint department to pick it up. After grabbing the paint I noticed that she mixed interior paint, not exterior paint. After asking her to mix what we talked about I was told that I would have to pay the paint she mixed and then buy the exterior paint. Now I have $80 worth of paint that I have to figure out what to do with.

Customer service is the worst in the tool department. make sure you know what all you need before you go in.

Lots of summer hires that are woefully undertrained or indifferent to the company

I received excellent customer service from Kelli in the appliance department. Her attention to detail, great communication skills, and personality made the experience even better. The quality of service provided by your employee was genuinely appreciated and more than I expected. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I had the opportunity to work with Sean from the Ops department and Christie from the pro desk and we opened an account for well over a $100000 they exceeded all my expectations we hope we can continue to do business with these 2 great individuals

Great Prices and Great Selection

The employees are so so helpful. I picked a bad color of paint and Alex helped me mix it into a better color and added some design ideas of her own that were wayyyyyyy better than anything I had in mind. 12/10.
