This store is awesome they've always help me figure out what I need and then get what I need very friendly I wouldn't go anywhere else

We needed a replacement bulb for an older-style lamp. The bulb has a very large base. The Home depot employee checked the stock and could not find one. This is a product the store does not carry. However, he made two excellent suggestions which greatly helped us. First, he gave us the name of a local lighting store. Next, he suggested asking them for the size of the base, so we would know what to look for if we had to shop online for it. His ideas were very helpful (and we were able to find the bulb online as the local store did not have it but did give us the size and type needed.)

I didn’t know the store hours had changed to close at 6:00pm when I arrived at 5:48pm. I thought I would be able to pick up the 7-8 items I needed but was rushed out of the store. I ended up only getting one item I needed. I have never before been pushed out of a store at closing time like this before! Very disappointed!

Good garden center! but cluttered isles

My cashier Veronica was AMAZING! Helped me sign up for a Home Depot "Black" card and I got a discount on my purchase. She helped me wrap my wood casing in shrink plastic for protection easy transport. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Super Star!

Went into the store for an online RYOBI impact driver tool promotion. I asked the person at the service desk if she could help and she paged the manager. The manager took me to the power tools area and we found the impact driver tool I was looking for and the 18v battery kit that were in the advertised promotion. She even helped me carry them to the register and scan them with me. I really liked the personal unexpected service. Home Depot is my goto place. Great Job.

Every time I go to this store I am never disappointed. The employees at this location are helpful and courteous. I've never had a bad experience.

If you need to get an appliance for your house, go see Kelli. Trust me. She will not try to sell you on something you don't need or want, and you will leave happy.

This store is superior to other stores of this kind because of their friendliness and genuine desire to help customers and make it a good experience for them. It is well organized and product shelves are full, making it easy to find items. Employees were willing to hep if needed.

Employees at home Depot are always more than happy to help in any way possible. I never have a problem finding help either. They are very knowledgeable on any questions I ask.

I love shopping at Home Depot. They usually have everything I need for my "handyman" projects.

Safety is a big issue. Accolades for the store customer service representative that responded to two young boys that had climbed on the stores roof.

The store was clean and from the moment I walked in to the minute I left the customer service was phenomenal. There was always some one, not far away, that could answer my questions. Samantha,at checkout, was very helpful, friendly and outgoing. I am very happy that she was the person that I last dealt with on my way out as she mentioned something to me that I had forgotten.
