Very great plant selection... wonderful staff.. couldn't ask for more.

I had quite a lengthy wait to receive assistance ro purchase some patio furniture. Then there was some question as to the store availability in the computer, although I saw two boxes on the shelf..Then upon check out, Ii was surprised by a delivery fee of $79 and the furniture wasn't even assembled. I was under the impression delivery was free over $300. I not likely would not have purchased the furniture, if I had not already waited so long and was in the Check out process with other people patiently waiting behind me. I decided not to quibble about the delivery fee, but feel it should be fully and CLEARLY stated throughout the store, as well as aware of/ relayed by the sales associate prior to purchase. I also think large items should be assembled as some people are not accustomed to putting items together. Luckily, I was able to figure out the assembly of my purchase fairly easily. Thank you.

Home Depot is my “go to” store for virtually everything I need to maintain my home. All of my major kitchen appliances as well as washer/dryer, have been bought, delivered and installed from HD. I’m in the process of upgrading my bathroom toilets to more comfortable chair height models . The projects just keep coming so I’m glad I can depend on my local HD. Thank you very much.

Friendly staff- great well cared for houseplants, beautiful flowers, shrubs oh my you name it!!

Cashier placed 2 empty bags on counter for me to bag my own items as he drank his Gatorade. Smh, some young kids don't need to work with the public if their customer service is not better than that.

I was searching for for backsplash for my kitchen. Home Depot had their actual tiles displayed in a way that I didn't have to look through boxes or small samples to make a decision.

I took both of my toddlers with me to shop at Home Depot on black Friday, as crazy as that sounds! There were a few sales I definitely had to snag, especially the $79 Christmas tree! Unfortunately I did not have enough hands nor enough cart space to hold everything, so a lovely employee followed me around the store with an additional cart, took me straight to a checkout counter, and took everything out to the car for me. He definitely did not have to do this on such a busy shopping day, but it made this mama’s shopping experience so much more pleasant. So very thankful for Newman!

I started packing my house up to move about a month ago and was surprised at all the different things to buy to make my packing easier all kinds of boxes to pack dishes hang clothing put my tvs in box that protects them from breaking

I purchased a large order of Mulch and was provided with great service.

My shopping is usually quick and efficient during my supply runs for the most part. Today was very frustrating. I came to pick up a drill for my husband for Father's Day. The box that the drill came in was ripped up and trashed; the bag that the drill was in itself was dirty. The lady that sold it to me in customer service insisted that it was ok, that it was just a tool as she put it in the cart and covered the smashed box with some of the other orders. When I came back to make a complaint, asking if I could exchange it for another, she said it was fine and attempted to wipe off the grimes. It wasn't until Mrs. Jana came and took over. She took care of it and finally got my refund. She understood how important of a gift it was considering I had paid full price for the tool. She called another Home Depot nearby to hold on to another drill for me to pick up. Thank you Mrs. Jana. She's the best. She's very kind, understanding, and sweet. Aside from that, there were some complications at the paint mixing station. The lady there at the time didn't seem like she knew what was going on. She kept taking more and more customers without fulfilling their needs. It was such a mess and took such a long time for us to get the single can of paint that we needed. This was thanks to another girl's assistance.

I shop here frequently and I am always pleased at how clean and organized the store is. The employees are always friendly and willing to help if needed. We just need a store in York, SC now hint hint!
