There was a line at the 1 open casher, in the garden area. Taylor opened a second register and took the last person in line, before anyone else. It is customary to take the next person in line, not the last.

Expect the unexpected when you make your next product return. This Customer Service team absolutely Rocks with their ability to make what is usually a dreaded exchange into a positive transaction that makes want to shop for more! I mean who doesn’t have another DIY project on their list?

Today my husband and I purchased a large order of block and stepping stones. Cody asked if he could help us and then proceeded to practice the golden rule to the utmost, helping us by rolling our very heavy cart to the checkout and then helping us to load the large order into our truck. Amazing kindness!

I receive plenty of help getting items and loading them in my truck.

I love this store. I have spent a lot of money rehabbing two properties. Unfortunately I rarely use it now because of their re vamped military discount. Lowe’s still provides an unlimited product military discount and it is sure appreciated.

I had a very helpful appliance specialist by the name of Greg Whittaker who not only helped me find the stove I wanted but told me about the one on sale that was also an upgrade. Arranged my delivery and removal of the old one. He was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who was knowledgeable about the products he sells but respected my choices. You need more people who take pride in the work they do like him.

I could write a horror story on getting a new kitchen here from the customer service, the lies, the faulty implementation, to the lack of taking accountability for a horrible job. Luckily the lady we dealt with is retiring so they couldn’t care less aboutnity

If you use the Home Depot app or go online to see if an item is in stock, they will not honor the price shown in the app. The app will show the price, number in stock and the isle and row location in the store, but at check out they will not honor the price.

Looking for puzzle board material. They had just what I needed.

I had a problem with a toliet. I couldn't figure out what to use on this. Home Depot had the answer and the products I needed. This saved me time and money bringing in a Plumer.

I was in the store today to use some gift cards I got for Christmas. When I went to check out I had some problems with my gift cards not working. I would like to thank Jennifer, Cierra, & Lori for being patient, kind, and for helping me get my transaction complete.

Was able to purchase next higher grade item at lower priced item value after the website was incorrect about availability. Customer service staff (Melissa in particular), was so friendly and helpful.

This store is usually great when it comes to picking up orders or getting things off of the high shelves. But today I was told that if I opened a card it would save me $100 and I would have 24 months special financing. After all was said and done and I OPENED the card, I only saved $50 and only qualified for 12 months. When I asked, I was told, well this purchase only qualifies for $50 but you still have 24 months of financing. The cashier said this while pointing at a board that clearly showed my purchase didn’t qualify. Do not listen to the pitches and don’t be like me. Do your own research and ask more questions before openeing a Home Depot card

Harold saved my painting project. The original associate mixed my order incorrectly. I had to go back to the store and thankfully Harold was there to fix the problem. He was wonderful!

This particular location isn’t that big and typically I wouldn’t even stop in here because it’s not as easy to get to but glad I did. They had a huge variety of spray paints and even two brand I haven’t seen elsewhere. Also as I was walking thru I noticed how they had something of everything. So I was pleasantly surprised considering they aren’t the biggest store. It was also kept up very neat and there was no lack of help. There was literally an employee at every turn and all greeted me and offered assistance. I will be returning to this location.

I came in out of town for a short period of time to help my kids move from California and stopped at the Home Depot to get all of my blinds and John Shelak Helped me in the selection and custom cutting of all of them. What a relief. He even made suggestions on other products that I needed. We need more like John in the retail environment. Thanks Rob

During self checkout I was having issues with getting card to read when Donna approached me and asked if I wanted some help. Donna was a great help in getting the issue resolved and wished me a good day. Very professional and very willing to offer assistance when needed.

We drove from Spartanburg to Rock Hill to pick up items that were out of stock everywhere else. Sierra at customer service was wonder When we called. She took the time to ensure the items were physically on hand and not incorrect in the system. The entire staff was great! Everyone we passed spoke, saying good morning and asking if we needed any assistance. The store was very clean and well organized as well as well stocked.
