Your employee ordered the wrong incompatible camera from what I was expecting from your description of the item on the internet. This happened twice! These errors have cost me time to pick up the product twice and your team was so confused with your process that they told me the item was depleted and that they couldn't order it again. I am also out of pocket $150.00 because I had a technician come to my home to install the cameras to find the first order was the wrong camera and the second visit was to find a complexly unrelated product in the home depot package.. Home Depot sent me a wrong unrelated product in place of the cameras. home depot made the same mistake twice.

Great store, clean, uncluttered and with excellent COVID-19 protocol. Good inventory and friendly, knowledgeable associates make shopping experience quite pleasant.

I needed help in the garden center, guess I wasn’t pretty enough. Guy spent all of his time helping a chick who had on short shorts!

For the last couple of years, I have visited the Rock Hill Home Depot for Gardening supplies. You have any amazing variety of different soils and beautiful flowers and plants, I found some varieties of ground cover that I have never seen before. I love going there.

Terrible customer service. The staff was both hard to find and rude. Very disappointed in my experience

I brought in a color chip, which the paint department matched perfectly. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazed today to see NO precautions for safety during this pandemic. No hand sanitizer, no wipes for the carts at any entrance and no attempt at social distancing.

everything was good. I was in this store trying to get in touch with someone to discuss repairing my replacement windows. I have been back 3 times trying to get help. The people are very nice there, they cannot get someone from the warrant department to call me back.

Terribly Customer Service especially by 'Jermillia" No help in Garden Department because apparently as I was told..they don't go out there when it is sprinkling..Really? I am a senior citizen and needed help lift 2 50lb bags of rock pebbles. A girl named Regina finally walked by, I hailed her down, she got a flat cart and put 2 bags on the cart and left me. I asked her if she was going to get it up front for me and she said "No" ad proceeded to hop on a fork lift and go! I had to push & maneuver this heavy cart AND my buggy with items through the garden aisles and to the cashier who told me the "loader" had quit so there was No one to help me get it to my car across the parking lot and then into my car !! A Man and another woman saw me struggling at my car and helped me. They too were in shock and disgusted at the situation!

I purchased a washer and dryer as an anonymous gift for a family in need. When the outsourced delivery company called to inform me that they would not be able to deliver the units when scheduled I was told that I could pick them up. I called the Store to see what could be done. Mike in appliances told me that if I could pick the units up that he would personally help me deliver and install them. I picked the washer and dryer up and Mike and another gentleman named Mike came 20 miles to help me deliver and install the machines before the family came home. They also helped me replace an old dryer vent tube though several walls in a 150 year old building because the old dryer hose was damaged and was a fire hazard. They went above and beyond to help me with my anonymous donation.

For a big box store, this one stands out in the retail landscape of Rock Hill. The store is well stocked with whatever one might need for "home improvement". The staff are easily available and helpful. Thank the lord for the app they carry which directs us to the proper aisle, and gives online options. Can't compare to the "old timey" hardware store that was a hangout for guys (though we have a farmer's exchange in Rock Hill), but here, you get what you need and can get back to work pronto.

Gary in the tool department was an excellent store employee. He is very friendly, he did not try to avoid helping me like so many employees do these days. I had 2 stripped screws in a piece of cabinet wood. We could not get them out. So I took it to your store and found Gary. He worked and worked to get those screws out. He is so pleasant, helpful and friendly. He is definitely a strong asset to your store. You need to fill the store with Gary's

Hello,I dont think its nessacary to have all the lights on in the lighting department.people could turn on whatever light they be intrested in themselves.

I had a written quote for getting a room carpeted, good through 12/18/19 but when I went to pay, I was told the product was not able to be ordered. I returned the next day, the 18th, to see what was going on. I was told the vendor had sold out of my selected carpet, BUT it was in stock in the store. Then I was told that there would be an additional $ 70 charge because the installer would have to come pick it up at the store. I went ahead with the purchase because of time considerations. It was not fair to charge me extra $70. I hope to be refunded that $70.

they carry some things that the charlotte stores dont have.
