FRIENDLY, PATIENT WITH THIS "OLD GUY", VERY HELPFUL

I bought a brand and color of mulch yesterday, returned for a few more bags and only 3 opened, spilling bags remained. A pallet sat nearby on the ground but wrapped. I asked for it to be opened for a couple bags to finish my garden project, toddler in tow. I was told I would have to return that the employee couldn’t open it and they did not call anyone who could. It was right there, all I needed was 2 bags! Obviously willing to wait for someone who could open it if needed. Now project is delayed and I have to make yet another trip.

Very friendly store and extremely helpful.

From the manager of this store to the many great associates on the floor ( the true Company Warriors), they manage to provide a great service, plenty of products, and awsome support. Have both Lows and Home Depot cards, but my main first of thought when planning a purchase is to go to this HD store.

You can usually get what you need here. If they don't have it they will get it for you.

Shopping for bathroom tile. Had many questions and Ken in the tile department was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Go talk to Ken if you need help tiling!

The lady who works at the front desk is very rude and foul mouthed. She was not only rude and using profanity to her coworkers but not very welcoming to customers. She should not be working in a customer experience job.

I’m a first time home owner and came in to purchase a faucet head and shower head. It was my first time trying to replace something so I was a bit unsure. I met Connie who told me what aisle everything I need was located in off the top of her head! She then asked me if I knew how to change the faucet and if I needed directions. Later she stopped me and checked in and looked at the tub faucet I had in my cart and explained how to put it on my tub. She noticed that the inside was plastic and told me they break easily so if I could find a metal one that would be better. I switched out my faucet head thanks to her advice. I love that Connie was so knowledgeable and helpful. Connie is the best!

When an item is returned for missing parts, it finds its way back to the shelf to be sold again. Managers are condescending

Waiting for doors to arrive. John listened to me describe what I was looking for and spent considerable time showing me options, emailed me the info do I could decide at my leisure. Great experience

I have been shopping at Rockland since it opened. It is my favorite Home Depot out of everyone that I have visited. Associates always friendly knowledgeable, and the store is neat and clean. I will always come to the Rockland store out of any other ones.

The folks there are very helpful & pleasant. Very professional & even fun!

Anytime I have gone here I have never been acknowledged by any employee. I have watched them walk by and interact with male shoppers but not female. I really don't go there unless it's a last resort. The 1 time I stopped a guy to ask a ? you would have thought I was asking for his 1st born. He was so annoyed and put off by me asking a question.

Many trips to this location and they are always very helpful.

I'm always in the store for plumbing, and whenever I'm in that section there is always someone there to greet me, and help me with my needs if I need help. Today it was Ken and I needed his help. Friendly and helpful he helped with what I needed. I was out of the store in no time. Thank you!

nobody cared to help me. Obviously there to collect a check... I wont be back

I had to get mulch and wasn't sure how the pickup worked so I asked "the mulch guy" and he was soooo helpful and really helpful. He went out of his way to help me and get my SUV all loaded up and even had a huge smile the whole time. And the cashier was just as friendly. Great trip to HD.

The way things are today with supply and demand it’s sometimes tough to find exactly what you need. Home Depot in Rockland always comes through with either what I need or advice on how to get it quickly. The other plus is the great people working there that really seem to care about old fashioned customer service.

Needed many precise electrical devices Lynne my store associate was well rounded in that department and helped my wife and i accomplish our goals

WE RECENTLY HAD A ICE STORM,EVERY OTHER STORE IN THE AREA WAS OUT OF BAGS OF SALT.THE DEPOT HAD TWO HUGE PALLETS!

Store was so clean plus all the shelves were full. Every time I come to the Rockland store, I always find what I need. Staff is great to, always helpful and friendly

I have been looking for a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Not only were they helpful/knowledgeable but when one appliance was not available they kept checking inventory. Notified me a week later they had all appliances. Yes that’s right they actually called me back after taking the extra step to keep looking. Oh and found a rebate !!!! So happy :-)

Well done to the team in the Customer Service Department. I could only find half of the quantity of the product I needed on the shelves but the website said there were 60+ at the store. A very helpful woman in Customer Service first tried to get me help via the intercom system, then she joined me at the location where the product was suppose to be. Together we walked the isles and found a staff member that was able to help and I was all set. Taking the time to make sure I was going to be helped by the right person ensured I didn't leave empty handed and a wasted trip. Excellent and thank you!
