Purchased a Toro snowblower but was not given manual, oil, or keys at time of purchase. Store employee not helpful and when I returned to get the parts he was quite rude. Wanted to get a maintenance kit that would have made me eligible for an extended warranty but they did not have in store

even though it had a different layout from what they had before, everything was generally easy to find. The morale of the employee is excellent and I would definately keep going to this store again

My appliance order: The HD people commented that the logistics people messed up but the logistics people stated that their paperwork only had 2 items, not the 4 items that my invoice states. They did deliver the 2 items they had paperwork for. I'll get the install items I need one way or another. Invoice #H2650-60875.

The employees are very pleasant to deal with and they where everything is in the store whether it’s their department or not - it was a pleasure shopping there and I will return for all of my home emprovement needs

I wish i got his name , A older gentleman was working at the paint dept. He is from Florida and spends his summers in Mass. He was very helpful in showing me the difference in indoor wall paint and out door Door paint and all my materials i would need. Very helpful gentleman , The store was very clean the associates were very friendly and helpful , I did get the assistance that i needed

This store has become hard to negotiate, the isles are full of product. If the store is busy it is a nightmare. Check your merchandise boxes carefully. I have made purchases only to discover the boxes had been opened and re taped but with parts missing. Yes they replaced the product and even gave a small discount but that did not cover the expense of returning to the store and in one case the bill from my electrician who was onsite to install a new ceiling fan, too bad all the hardware was missing!

Been going there for 16 years. It's the best.

Adalma is a treasure, she works in Millwork, but without her assistance my trip would have been a mistake.

If you need help in the customer service department there is a young lady named Ellie. She's the most helpful person. She's is very professional and personable. Someone who goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Home Depot is lucky to have her

My husband and I always enjoy our frequent trips to Home Depot. We bought our first home about a year and a half ago. It’s an old farmhouse that need some tender loving care. We have always had a pleasant experience with the helpful employees and the friendly cashiers.

I COME HERE ALL THE TIME, SOME GUYS CALL ME BY MY NAME, I LIKE THAT. MOST EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! THE STORE IS CLEAN AND I CAN USUALLY FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME RIGHT AWAY. IN MY OPINION THIS IS THE BEST RUN HOME DEPOT IN THIS AREA!

Mitch Richardson in the gardening department was very pleasant and helpful - he was excellent in assisting me in purchasing roundup weed control. I also want to recognize Joe M. At the self service cash register area, who helped me tremendously- I really appreciate and want to recognize both of those employees who went above and beyond !

The associates were pleasant and helpful from Customer Service, to the appliance department, to the cashier, to those who helped load the item on our truck. The only downside was not having more items of the model we chose in stock. However, the manager was able to allow a discount for a damaged floor model.

Really like shopping at the Rockland store. The employees there are readily available to answer questions and the isles are well marked. I recently moved to Rockland and the Home Depot has been my go to for paint, appliances, lighting and plumbing.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and it is easy to find what I need.

the store was very cluttered

Its a big box store employing real people who actually are helpful. Went there on a busy Saturday mid-day with lots of hustle and bustle yet the folks who helped me followed through to get what I needed and did so in a very pleasant manner. Whether its good management, finding the right people or just good luck, I had a great experience.

Critiquing the staff at Home Depot is probably not fair during the holiday season. The burnout is self-evident. My sympathies go out to the underpaid workers dealing with a hostile public. That being said wandered around the store for a bit . Finally looked up the item on the Home Depot website , found it, paid for it, left the store.

Worst customer service at the front desk and in kitchen appliances. Uniformed, not helpful and nothing like their counterparts in Plymouth. Will shop only at Plymouth from now on...Having said that, customer service on the phone on the back of the credit card was SUPERB! Paid attention to my concern and assisted in helping me solve an issue.

I am a contractor and I am in this store at least 2-3 times per week (just because its so close to home). The customer service at this store is terrible. They are constantly out of stock on the items I need, theres never anyone around to help, you have to run around outside to find carts, no one ever helps you load your purchase (in fact many times I have seen employees walk right by me while I struggle trying to load or pick things up myself). The people at the service desk are rude. They are under staffed. I have never, ever seen a manger walk around the floor anywhere, they hide out back in the office. The framing materials are poor quality. I only go there still because at this point I probably know more about the store and where things are located then most of the employees. So I try and get in/out as quickly as possible
