While comparing cabinets at different stores, I found this Husky 52" cabinet and top unit was the best one for my needs and--arguably--better than any other at or around the $798.00 sale price. Look at the offering of drawers: This unit provides deep drawers for tools such as nailers, routers, and sanders and then some mid-size drawers that are ideal for hand tools. The shallow drawers perfectly accommodate a store of circular blades and socket wrenches, sandpapers, drill bits, etc. On top of all that, the drawers are sturdy. Overall, I am impressed with the build quality. The unit shipped in perfect condition, and assembly was easy. Two or three people will be needed to lift and place the top unit.

Assistant manager Bill went above and beyond tonight to help us. Bill and our cashier was super friendly tonight.

Each time I shop at the Rocky River store I find it clean and well maintained. This store is on the end of a strip mall which allows for quick and easy access.

Over the years, I have shopped at the Rocky River store hundreds of times. I will return again based upon my experience today.

Everytime we have gone into this store they have stuff we need. The people are always ready to answer any questions and find what we need quickly in the store. If we need something explained they are happy to answer any questions.

Employees asked me if I needed help as soon as I entered the store. They seemed genuinely eager to help me. That is kinda rare nowadays.

How often have you interrupted somebody restocking shelves for help at a store and their attitude is just that.... that you interrupted them. I interrupted a gentleman named Greg stocking shelves at this location he was friendly and went above and beyond to help me look for something that I even had a hard time describing. He never once acted as though I disturbed him he had a smile on his face made me feel welcome what more could I ask!

This location feels a bit small compared to others but is always an enjoyable experience.

At 5’ I needed help to reach grab bars on a high store shelf to install in my handicapped walk-in bathroom. The Home Depot Team helped me select the best products, explained the installation process so I could understand it, and obtain a Home Depot Credit card with a discount for a new account. A team member even put my purchases in my car.

The team here is always willing to help whether it be finding a product or talking through needs of a specific project.

I came into the store looking for a replacement part for my storm door I didn't know what type I needed. I was greeted by An employee named Adam who took the time to help me find the proper storm door hardware. I would have never known that I needed a heavy-duty replacement for the storm door but he assisted me for all the items I needed. The store is clean well organized, all the employees are really friendly! I really enjoy going to this Rocky River store I have been to other Home Depots but never got the level of service that I received in finding these replacement parts. I highly recommend the Rocky River store, it is a fast and friendly experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Way to Go home Depot!

I needed help buying wood and having it cut to certain dimensions. Adam helped me choose the correct piece, get it cut and find the right screws. I was just getting plywood to make my folding tables bigger for Thanksgiving. He gave me all the right tips and helped with everything. It was as positive an experience as anyone could ask for.

We purchased a new Anderson storm door that turned out to be faulty. The store made the effort to see that I was able to get a replacement. I always will shop Home Depot because they stand by their sale and take good care of the customer.

I am renovating my daughter's old basement bathroom and came to the nearby Home Depot for advice and supplies. Adam in Building Supplies not only recommended a course of action but personally took me to everything that I would need. I was very impressed with the level of customer service Adam provided. I also recognized how pleasant all the employees were from the time that I entered the store to the time that I left. It was very obvious that customer service is a priority. I want to share about great experience at Home Depot today. Glen was going above and beyond with assisting us with material search for porch project. He answerred all our questions about materials, cost, delivery, instalation. He discussed few options with us and made us feel that our project is not only important to us, but also to him. We are definitely coming back and will be asking for Glen for all our future projects. Thank you Glen!

I went for a couple things and wasn’t sure where to look. An employee named Adam seen me and asked how he could help. He helped me find what I needed and then asked what else I needed. He helped me find everything on my list and was very enthusiastic about helping me. Best Home Depot experience I have ever had.

I will be the first to admit I am intimidated when I go to a hardware store. I am a female, and I am a senior citizen, so I definitely need assistance making the best choices. Rocky River, Home Depot has some of the best employees I have ever encountered at Home Depot. I would, especially like to shout out to Adam, who help me today with great suggestions, a kind, smile, and he help me save money too!
