This feels like a smaller store than most but the staff is the friendliest I've ever met. Ask for Zoey if you need paint. She is excellent. Paula at the checkout counter was wonderful.

Definitely a one stop shop. Had everything I needed. Was very satisfied with the quality and prices on tiles and molding. Exceptional customer service. There is always someone near by on the floor willing to help.

Went to buy our Christmas tree. Weak selection, but we find a little tree about 5' tall. No employees around to help. We brought the tree to the garden department check out and no one was there. What employees we did find, didn't know what to do. They were too busy to be bothered and made my husband drag the tree inside the store. They didn't even try to get him a cart. No concern on their part at all. When we got home, looked at the slip and found out we were charged for a 6' - 8' tree - at a much higher price! It's not like we can easily bring the tree back to debate the fact. Miserable experience all the way around.

I enjoy shopping at this store but said it was unlikely I would return only because I live in Cleveland and have more Home Depot stores that are closer.

It is always a good shopping experience at this Home Depot.. I have no complaints at this time...Employees are very helpful.

Staff at this Rocky River Home Depot are fantastic they go above and beyond to make sure that everything that you need for your home improvement is taken care of.

I purchased new flooring and installation. The employees were all very helpful and insured the floor was put in correctly and all supplies were delivered. They were awesome.

Self Check Out attendant is probably the most rude employee of a retail store that I have ever encountered. She just stood there and watched me, with my hands full if items I just picked up from an online order, stumbling to get my wallet out of my pocket. Once I get it out and check out, she accuses me of stealing! Demands to see my receipt. Then, didn't apologize.

We were looking for a new toilet and easily found they were on a great display with attached information. We received the assistance and information from George - very knowledgeable, very polite and most helpful.

Moved to the Cleveland area 4 years ago and have frequented the Rocky River store often as I purchased a condo in Westlake after living in an apartment for a year. Needed a lot of help and the staff at the store have been great and patient since I'm not the best handywoman on the planet. I've now made my home in Cleveland and will continue to patronize your Rocky River store as long as both it and I are here. Please pass my appreciation along to all your employees there.

The associates at this particular store are uniformly friendly and welcoming. I'm not fond of shopping in general, but the sheer NICENESS of the associates at this store make it just that much easier.

While this store is smaller than North Olmsted's store, I usually find everything I need. The sales associates and check out people are always help full.

I frequent this Home Depot regularly b/c I do early morning building maintenance at a local facility. There are certain staff here who are so helpful and knowledgeable, and it makes my store experience run smoothly, and it makes me understand my projects even better. These staff will assist you w/your store experience from beginning to end- - they always do w/me. I have worked with both Adam and Dan, and they are who comes to mind when I write this review. I came in to purchase a washer because mine was declared dead yesterday. Michael Vantz and Debbie were friendly and knowledgeable, making my decision easy. I was happy to catch the last day of the sale and even saved an additional $25 by signing up for a Home Depot credit card. We also appreciated the 12 months same as cash. Debbie very nicely walked us up to the cashier, Heather, who was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Great, knowledgeable and helpful staff

Most of the time, the employees at this store are friendly and helpful, however there are times when I encounter rudeness and boorish behavior. For instance, when my return was processed yesterday, the cashier was rather course and disengaged. I felt more like an annoyance than a customer. There was another time I recall, in the garden department, when I actually had to wave my hand in front of the cashier to get her attention away from her smartphone (I haven't seen this employee since). I hope these "bad apples" are eventually weeded out.. But to be fair, most of the time, my experience in this store has been very good and these unsavory occurrences are rare.

This store has exceptional customer service. If I need something from Home Depot, I will always go to the Rocky River store. I always find help and friendly service in locating what I need.

Sometimes employees over emote over not having an answer and won't accept a customer's mild curiosity. It was gratifying to have someone not be distracted when advised the inquiry was passing and not my focus. They concentrated pm things I really cared about.
