I just want to thank Mark, the store manager, and his great staff who are there to assist in finding what I need. There are many new and young employees who if unable to assist will use their portable radio and ask someone more knowledgeable to meet me in a particular aisle.

I was very impressed by the clean bathroom plenty of hot water soap and paper towels. And this time of pandemic everything look clean wipe down and safe. Thank you Rohnert Park Home Depot for a clean place to use the restroom.

The best service we could hope for! We were met at the door by a wonderful elderly man named Victor who said he had been nearly 20 years. He took the time to take us around the store and really helped us close the deal on buying a Christmas tree(we weren't sure we could fit one in our studio) and some other stuff to improve our tiny place. It's wonderful interactions with a helpful stranger like him that will make us always want to come back here. I just hope the next time we come back all the employee's are as great as this guy!

Eric and Bre working hard on a Sunday in the lumber department, keeping the lumber department clean and safe. Very busy day on this Sunday thank you for taking the time to help me out.

For each of my five grandchildren, I have built a redwood toddler picnic table. I was allowed to pick some of the lumber for quality. Your saw man cut the lumber to my 4 foot needs. I was able to find the other needs all the way from bolts to stain. Very great service!

The employee Victor was extremely nice and went out of his way to help even though my question was answered. He went out of his way to ensure that I was getting exactly what I needed!

My heavily loaded cart was snagged by employee while shopping and taken to re-stock area. Nowhere to be found by me. Employee Victor Sanz offered to re-stock my cart for me but eventually found it. He never left my cart alone while I finished loading and helped me find many more items, making my shop time shorter and more pleasant. Excellent employee!

Store was clean, plenty of hand sanitizer and cart wipes at the entrance. Easy to find items and if you can't find it the employees are super helpful (shout out to Melissa!) There's also hassle free AD price match from their website or paper ad.

I was looking for a specific size of lumber and this location had plenty of 2"/3"/8' Doug Fir in stock. Thank You Home Depot Rohnert Park!!!!!

Victor was a amazing help today when I came into the store to buy a Milwaukee tool kit. I didn't know that item came with a free battery and he helped me out with that. He seems genuine with his help

After running around to 3-different supply stores and not getting help or finding help indifferent, I went to the Rohnert Park HD after checking out the website. I was welcomed at the door. The staff knew where to take me (not point me that direction, but take me) to find what I needed and then helped me scan the loaded shelves to find the items. They are the definition of friendly, professional, and excellent service.

Victor, an older gentleman, is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful employee at any of the Home Depot stores.

Save for one exceptionally nice and helpful employee named Mike, the employees at this store are beyond rude, unhelpful and have attitude a-plenty. I have spent two days shopping and purchasing laminate flooring and supplies...day one as we loaded the boxes of flooring, employees walked by and around us, not one asking if we needed help, instead appearing to be put out to have to walk around us. Day two, I returned to purchase the laminate floor install kit and other items. Upon asking the first employee I encountered where I might find the floor install kit, I was told “I don’t know” and he went back to his task at hand. Next try....I asked an employee walking around in the flooring department to be told “I don’t work in this department, I don’t know.” I expressed my frustration at trying to get help to which the gal responded, “I don’t work in this department, dont blame me because you can’t find what your looking for.” REALLY?? At that point another employee walks by, I ask for help,he graciously walks me over to the aisle where the items are I need to purchase, answers the questions I have and I’m on my way! Yay Mike! On my way out I remember a few more items, and risk asking another employee where I might find said item. With out turning around from his task at hand the employee barks to me “17.” Ummm...Bay 17? Aisle 17? Bay 17 on Aisle 17? Could you please at least clarify? I don’t work here! Nope. Sure couldn’t. Again, I run into Mike, he points me in the right direction. Perhaps have Mike train the rest of your employees on what it takes to connect with other humans and provide friendly customer service? As consumers we have a choice as to where we spend our money, and I will not be returning to your stores.

Very disappointed in shopping experience today. Unfortunate that The Home Depot would not price match from your own website, but you’ll price match Friedman Brothers or Lowe’s. Frustrating that you make us go through the process ordering and waiting when you have the item/s at the store. Had much better experiences at the Santa Rosa Home Depot and Windsor.
