This store is always easy to shop, well stocked and the emploees are helpful and engaging. It is one of my favorite stores to shop. We were in the garden center...which was well organized and stocked full of beautiful plants. My thhanks to all yhe employees that make this store such a great experience.

Bob Johnson was spectacular and he was the nicest employee I have ever experienced!

Our Little League snack stand and bathroom were flooded out this winter. The Assistant Manager on duty, Trinidad, gave us an unsolicited discount on supplies needed to get our facilities open again. As a non-profit, all volunteer organization we are dependent on the generosity of the community. The home Depot once again showed that the care about the local communities they are a part of- not just a "big box store" based out of Atlanta.

Linda, in the appliance department was extremely helpful throughout our entire purchase of a washer. We also were in the marker for some specific lumber. Inventory was off and there were no boards available. The employee who helped my husband offered him a substitute and matched the price and then took it upon himself to have the inventory updated to reflect the actual count so that more would be ordered in. He took my husbands business card and said he would call when the product came in...We are counting on him to follow through and have faith that he will do so. Store was clean and everyone we had encountered seemed genuinely kind, helpful and very friendly. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

All contacts within this store continue to be positive. The employees are consistently helpful and courteous.

Store and parking lot kind of messy Product located; needed to clerk to assist; he was a little friendly but seemed annoyed

Victor (tool/hardware area) is the best! The store Mgr. should hire him to teach a staff-mandatory class on customer-relations. I'm always grateful to find him "on" when I'm in the store, while other's general seem to shroud themselves from being too approachable Victor looks at you dead-straight and always say "...how can I help you!" I was in the store yesterday trying to deal with customer service, Victor must have seen me walk away in disgust and when I got over his way he reached out and simply said "...there's a way to make this right" and he did!!! He's one righteous Guy! Atta Boy Victor!

If you need anything hardware related, go see Victor at this store! He is the sweet older gentleman with the constant smile on his face. We met him last night when searching for Christmas gifts for a friend. He made the entire shopping experience so wonderful and easy. I have shopped this store for years---purchasing in every department -----I live 15 miles from this store and pass by two other major hardware retailers--I choose this store because it is one stop shopping, with great prices.

Made me feel like a dime a dozen customer. Kept giving me a run around. They paged someone to help. Then after 15 min waiting they told me they couldnt help me. Then at the register someone tried to help. Then told me it was out of stock.

If you have a tool problem Victor is your guy! We needed a specific tool by tomorrow morning and Victor solved our problem so we are ready for work! Awesome job and thank you, Victor!!! He is a valuable team player and kudos to Home Depot in Rohnert park for hiring Victor 18 years ago!

I easily found assistance for heavy lifting and information on formaldehyde emissions at the pro desk. This gentleman even let me use the store's computer to check graded formaldehyde safety levels. Wish I'd caught his name--I didn't expect to write a review. Excellent service in the paint department today (as usual). Mr. Jimmy offered his complete attention, provided thoughtful information on product coverage, intended use and price points. His grounded-upbeat service manner, and knowledgeable experience are a definite Home Depot asset. I have left feeling confident that I got what I came for. Friendly service. Always a pleasure. I need to mention that two other associates offered to help me find anything I was looking for. After a pleasant cashier experience, Jimmy from the pro desk loading team --appeared to quickly and efficiently team-load my truck. He energetically jumped into the truck bed, cinched up two bundles of baseboard (in the blink of an eye) and taped to secure the trim. Jimmy spoke kindly to both his co-workers, another customer and myself. His generous service deserves a review. Thanks, JC

If you need anything electrical be sure not to talk to an older man named Bob. He was extremely condescending, rude and unhelpful when my wife asked him some questions about a ceiling fan. I had the displeasure of dealing with him when I tried to buy some bulk wire. At first I said I needed 10 feet and then as he was measuring it and before he cut it I realized I only needed 6 feet, which I told him, and was met with a huge groan and complaining as he rewound the 4 feet. After I checked out I realized even though I only got 6 feet (actually he only gave me 5’ 4”) he still charged me for 10 feet! Once he was done helping me another customer came up and made a remark about how long he had been waiting for help and Bob made a smartalec remark before helping him.

One employee had his hands all over me and when I went back to complain the next day was treated horrible about my complaint. Very poor customer service in regards to a violation of my personal space. If I could give them a Zero I would

If I was to remodel my home in this area as I have done in the passed Twenty five years with much assistance from Home Depot knowledgeable sale people and material Bargains I would do it over again.

I just wanted to say thank you for having a Home Depot in Rohnert Park, CA. It's great the same helpful staff that can direct me to items I need. In many cases the store personnel are very knowledgeable in either plumbing, electrical or just well rounded in many areas.
