I was very satisfied with my recent visit to purchase a range. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond in meeting our needs and explaining everything. I will definitely continue to shop the Rohnert Park store for other purchases.

Allison represents the pinnacle of customer service! My generator ordered online & documenented as delivered could not be located in the store. She went above & beyond in trying to locate it & find out where it went & apologizing on behalf of THD. I told her i had just paid off my HD card &now i was thinking of leaving HD. As i was leaving i thanked her for her kindness & customer service. Allison Is The Reason I Returned to buy my lumber! The R.P. HD has a keeper ! Much gratitude & renewed dedicated customer! Diane W

very poor customer assistance that used to be much better. I received no help loading 40-lb. bags of fuel pellets onto a large flat cart even after multiple requests to two different employees.

Departments are clearly labeled. Easy to find what you’re shopping for. Employees are both helpful and friendly.

Everyone is always helpful from the lady in tool rentals to Fred in the paint department. I always can find what I need and if they don’t have they tell me the closest hd to find it at or have it brought over to the store I am at

Thanks so much to Mike in plumbing for educating us and answering my 20 questions, to Jeff in plumbing for gracious customer service, to Linda in Customer Service for her patience and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were getting the right products.

I'm overwhelmed with the level of customer satisfaction that Gary provides at the Rohnert Park Home Depot. Gary was getting ready to leave the store and greeted me. He asked if I needed assistance. I said, "You're getting off work," he said, "Yes, but is there something I can help with?" I said I'm purchased an item that is $2.00 less on Home Depot on line. Gary went to a register and came back with a bar code scanner, saying, "Yes, it is $2.00 more in the store." I asked, "I could receive the on line price." Gary said certainly and took me to a register and introduced me to Allison explaining the issue and Allison took over, completely understanding the issue. I was really impressed with the team work displayed between Gary and Allison in assisting me in this matter. Thank you for having a Home Depot in Rohnert Park, CA Jim

We just had the most positive experience in a retail store. Ever. The team at this store, specifically at the Customer Service department, is filled with positive energy, humor and is quick to respond to and find a resolution to any questions that arise. They obviously know what they are doing and want to learn on how to improve the flow making them true ambassadors of the Home Depot brand. I know I'll be be coming back here as long as Adrianna, Haley and Coleen are there! You guys rock!

Having shopped at a Home Depot for years in East Northport, NY and moving here 5years ago, I find this store head and shoulders above the NY store, Congrats!

The personnel are very helpful and friendly, all sections are well signed and the store is clean. Jordan in the lumber section was super helpful and innovative.

Just ran through the garden center for bricks and stuff for our vegetable garden. Everything is always well stocked and the employees are always cheerful and fun. We never have a problem finding whatever it is we need. Love this store....always my go to store!!!

The customer service and the store manager they need more training on what is appropriate to say or not to say to the customers and the the store manager have to stay on the floor not hiding in his/her office all day and refuse to see customers
