The employee that helped me Steph, went wayyyy above and beyond just for me. All I purchased was $3 84 7 tiles, that were not on the floor. She crawled all over the floor checking box after box. Her computer said there were 1500+ in stock. She and I along with another employee walked around looking on the top shelves. After 1 hour I gave up told her thank you and finished my shopping. I paid and as I put stuff in my truck she came running out to catch me, because she found them, 30+ minutes after I left her. Amazing customer service. Thank you Steph

The cashier (Pearla) went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. This was very refreshing in todays environment.

Great selection, reasonable prices and friendly employees although it is sometimes hard to find someone to help. They ARE getting better tho!

I ordered refrig online. Delivered a damaged one. We refused. When I called and asked for manager I was not given the overall store manager. Instead a smart aleck woman said she was specialty mgr. I was told at time of purchase that my acct wouldn't be charged until item left store. They charged my acct the day I ordered it, 7/24/20. Delivery wouldn't be until 9/11/20. I asked for my money to be refunded until I actually get refrig. She said only way to get my $ back was to cancel order. I did. I was asking for confirmation of refund when she HUNG UP ON ME. (Very professional.) I called back and when she answered I asked if she was the woman who just hung up on me. She said YES.

The store was clean and I easily found the Lifeproof vinyl plank flooring I was looking for. I was assisted by five different employees during my visit to the store. Each was friendly and helpful. One located the product. Two others loaded twenty boxes onto a cart for me. Another went out of their way to find a lid for a Home Depot bucket for me. Finally, the woman managing the self-checkout line helped me to checkout.

Great service, friendly and positive staff. I was able to find what I needed with employee assistance. Thank you.

If you are buying any appliances make sure to ask for Charlie to help you, he is the most helpful of the associates in the appliance section!

Poor leadership

Great staff and managers. Just ask and they will escort you to the right place. Management and trainers are doing a good job as you can tell by the floor employee's positive attitudes and product knowledge.

Store was stocked and clean but workers seam to hate life ...

Overall the Roswell NM Home Depot is a good place to shop. Most employees are courteous and friendly. My main complaints would be that when purchasing raw material one must examine it carefully to weed out any poor quality merchandise and many items are not carried in the store and must be ordered. It is nice that shipping is usually free if picked up in store but having to wait a week or so for some items is frustrating. The store has been very good about accepting returns of items not meeting my standards or not needed.

The young man, David, was a great help to us on Friday. We needed lumber cut and had waited for a while ; trying to find someone to do it. Lumber department employed never came. David was walking by and asked if we needed help. We explained what had happened and he helped us. The lumber was cut perfectly and we thanked him. He said that he liked helpin people. As we walked off, he had stopped to help other customers. We told the cashier how he had helped. She wrote his name down so she could tell him what we had said. I hope it happened. The Roswell store usually never has employees that will ask if you need help. David went above and beyond in my opinion. Please let him know that he is an asset to your store

I love shopping at Home Depot because there is NO SHORTAGE of personnel to assist you. Everyone seems to know where everything can be found, and there are experts available, too. Shopping at Home Depot is fun!

Checking out is a nightmare! Management needs open more lanes.

The store is always in reasonably good order and the associated are always helpful.

Only hand the older key maker one key at a time. He's a nice guy though.

I found the products I was looking for easily. The store is understaffed and so I was not able to get assistance when I needed it to locate the proper transition material for the floors we are redoing. An employee who was helping another customer at the time told me the item I was looking for was only available online. My carpenter decided rather than ordering the items, he would make the transition materials he needed himself. This will affect six doorways. The store was neat and clean. Associates (when available) were friendly and helpful. This should not be a reflection on the associates. It is not their fault that this store is understaffed.

Needs to hire more people not enough to help not enough cashiers stand in line for a long time to get out the door when you are purchasing items

Janice at returns desk is awesome she should get a pay raise she is a wonderful employee.

The store is regularly updated and stocked with new and exhausted products. This store is proactive in its' desire to meet customers' needs.

When you go to HD ask Alexis for help at the Service Desk. Kind, gentle and Courteous service. People like her will make me come back. Then ask for Nick and Bert to load you up. They were fast and efficient. Great to have employees working here.
