What an incredible employee we found when we went to inquire about a tile order we had placed 2 weeks previously w Erica in the tile/carpet dept. of Roswell, NM Home Depot! Erica was not there so we spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable woman named Breanna Saenz. She told us that our order had mistakenly been placed for 65 boxes of tile instead of for 65 sq. ft. of tile as we requested, and that the store already had 20 boxes of this tile in stock. She explained that until the 20 boxes in stock were sold, that our order never would have been placed. Then she got a huge ladder and handed down the 6 boxes of tile that we needed. Then she took us to the Customer Service Dept. where she got us the huge refund from the over $1000 price I had paid for our original incorrect order! Ms. Saenz was an exemplary nice and very wise employee who got us exactly what we needed! Please give Ms. Saenz some kind of commendation or award for this experience!!

Jonathan offered excellent assistance and was the only one that offered help. Need more employees like Jonathan.

The store was clean as always, nicely stocked and the staff was friendly . They were very helpful in every way possible . Helping get a stuck saw blade removed so that it could be replaced, finding special merchandise, getting someone from a different department to help. I am in frequently and I always find that they are neat, friendly and go out of their way to assist. This particular time Tania and Odell were the ones that came to the rescue. I look forward to seeing them again soon.

The store is clean, neat and well stocked. Staff is very helpful and attentive to the needs of their customers. A really joy to go. It's like a toy store for men.

The employees are not "empathetic"...and there seems to be a high turnover. One minute you have Joe The Plumber, the next you have Joey the Know Nothing! They do not go out of their way to make up for a dismal experience.

Only thing is when a customer is ready to build a Privacy Fence, don't talk them out of what they had in mind at first unless you know it is the better way to go. We saved for a long time to get a Privacy Fence. We went with Wood Panels and after painting them I see gaps 1/4 wide in most of the panels after every other plank. 31 year Anniversary coming up and the party we wanted in our back yard to show off our fence is now a disaster. you can stand 8 feet away and see everything in my backyard. The last thing I thought I would have to worry about is the quality at Home Depot. .Upset and disappointed. please e-mail me.

The majority of the staff are people i would hire in my business. Its hard in Roswell to find good qualities in individuals looking for jobs. How this HOME DEPOT found so many qualified people for customer service is beyond me. Keep up the good work guys and gals!!!!

This store in particular ( I have shopped Home Depot throughout the nation) is always staffed by the most friendly and helpful people. Always a treat to visit your Roswell store

The employees were very helpful. The young man, went across the store to get a flat cart for a lawn mower purchase, wish I had caught his name. Clean and organized, lots of product as well. Prepared for the holiday weekend.

Provided officiant entrance/exits, plenty of room to navigate through isles, did not notice a main directional format plan information at entrance. Above eye level signage may cause collisions into store merchandise or customers. Below knee level make shoping uncomfortable, strategic written guides at proper levels, most logical. No place to lock a peddle bike, employees that have to ask higher a authority better describes home depot.

Just like to say service was excellent, story was very clean. The two employees that helped me Anthony floor employees polite, very knowledgeable. Put item together helped me to my car with all I bought. Dulcethe cashier was friendly, polite, smiled. Ask about warranty. Both were great employees. Thank You! Store was very clean. Nothing laying on floor. All clear. Neat.

The Roswell Store is fantastic, I always get great service with a BIG smile when I go in. As a DYI woman sometimes hardware stores can be intimidating, although in the Roswell store the female employees such as (Betty) have given me the confidence I need to shop for great products I need. I truly recommend this store to all you DYI ladies out there!

I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with a Robert at the Roswell, NM location on 1/17/18, to set up installation of a new exterior door, updating my acct info, deleting my old land line #, providing contact info for my property manager who was supposed to be contacted for the measuring and installation appointments. He said all was good (after he'd told me "he was still learning", and apologized several times for the amount of time it was taking). BUT, today 1/19/18 the contractor calls ME, NOT the property manager and states the other number she had for me was my old land line. So basically Robert did NOTHING RIGHT. My rent house is in Artesia, I live in Albuquerque, my renter moved in today, I CANNOT SETUP THE APPOINTMENT, which is why I provided the property manager info, that I had to provide to the contractor myself, AGAIN. I called the store today to talk to the associate and find out why he did NOT correctly update my account and provide correct info to the installation contractor, but was never able to speak to him because I was bounced back and forth from being on hold, timing out and being xferred back to the operator, back on hold again, at least 4 times before I hung up. If I hadn't already paid for the measuring appointment, I would not use HD at all, and will definitely not be using HD in the future.
