I went for mulch Friday about 6:15am, avoiding crowds, for several bags of mulch. The Garden Center roll-up doors are closed until 8 so I parked near lumber, the other end of the store, since checkout is there anyway. Got to Garden and NO FLATBEDS AT ALL in the entire section! All are outside in the parking lot forcing the customer to exit the store thru the main entrance (Garden doors are closed still), walk to the Garden end of the parking lot, bring the flatbed back to the main entrance, then return to Garden. I asked two employees why none are inside and both said Management will not allow flatbeds to be stored in Garden. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Plenty of space under the plant shelves or even to park a few along the mulch/gravel areas where they are needed. If you see a large plant, an impulse buy, will you travel back outside to the parking lot for a cart or flatbed so you can bring the item to the cashier? Probably not. Even during the day, after the Garden doors are open, likely not. Management needs to consider the customer experience, make it EASY for the customer to buy something and Home Depot will likely get a sale. Management needs to re-think this decision to put them all outside in the parking lot.

Checked out the deck supplies, flooring, paint dept. and outdoor plants. Very helpful associates at every dept. Spent my allowance!

My wife and I were very impressed with how clean the store was. Bruce helped us find the things we were looking for that were in stock. He was very helpful. Another employee told us which store had what we were looking for in stock.

Associates are not very educated on key making machine. Second failed attempt at making a key. Either machine needs serviced or fixed, or associates cannot work the machine. I had to go to Taylors to get keys made

Clean environment and great customer service

I had gone in just to check out a washing machine and was greeted by the kindest and most helpful employee I’ve ever met. I’ve come into this Home Depot quite often and I had to walk around to find some help, but I couldn’t be any more grateful for the help that had found me. Kerry Cieslewicz went above and beyond. Especially with his patience with me checking prices at different competitors. He could’ve easily said, let me give you my card and if you want to come back, come back. He stuck with me and my questions for about an hour and after running back and forth from talking to a manager, he was able to beat the competition and get the best pricing for me! Kerry, I will be back to see you for the matching dryer! Thank you for your kindness and all of your help!

Attempted to get credit on my debit card for the erroneous protection plan charge, I was told I had to get a gift card instead or I had to retrieve the merchandise and go through return process. In frustration, returned merchandise for full refund. Asked clerk to see manager and was told he was in lumber section, basically wanting me to hunt down manager.

Always a good experience at this HD. Friendly personnel, clean store, and great location.

Extremely impressed with the employee, Bruce. He was courteous, and, more importantly, knowledgeable. It often feels like employees at hardware stores are just warm bodies to fulfill stocking & other tasks, but Bruce clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience that allows him to be extremely helpful. If you go to this location & need help, ask for Bruce.

I found the store to be very well kept. Clean and well stocked. Friendly staff that took time to assist me with product information and finding the items I needed. The store is easy to walk through and then load up my truck after my big purchase. Very helpful young man that loaded a heavy refrigerator onto my truck. Saved my old back.

I use Home depot for almost all my home appliance purchase and set up, my garden and yard items.. Ordered pine straw this spring and it was the best in color I have ever seen ! I can usually find someone to ask a question or get their opinion, so helpful. very convenient location for me also.

Bought a mower wouldn’t start so I jump started it, mowed half my yard and it broke down wouldn’t move an inch. I took it back asked for a even exchange, but I asked this time for them to start the mower themselves to show me that it works of course it had no fuel, and they said they didn’t have any so I put my own fuel in it, and the employees proceeded to stand there and watch me try to get it started after 45 minutes of trying to get it started, I told him to not even bother just give me a refund.

I feel like Home Depot is known for their customer service. The Chick-fil-A of hardware. They failed on this occasion. I needed plywood cut. I'm not any where close to a handyman, so I rely on the "experts." Several employees walked by us without offering to help. I've come in before for batteries and have been hounded by multiple employees to help. We even addressed an employee and he asked us how we were doing and kept walking. We had to go out back to get a guy off a forklift which created an attitude. I advised him the size I needed and he kept asking me the same questions I didn't understand making me feel stupid. I was trying to tell him the measurements I needed you could only cut one way. He kept repeating his question of how I wanted it cut, talking over me. I had to ask him to let me speak. He finally got what I was saying and he said it was his first day, which clearly it wasn't. He ended up cutting it even though he wasn't supposed to per policy. It ended up being wrong. Other customers in the parking lot offered to help. They even advised that the store was good about fixing the issue. I said it wasn't worth it at this point and just left with the wrong wood.

Purchased a new storm door. The employee Chris went above and beyond to assist us.

Went to the Store to purchase a new toilet for my home. I was helped by 2 employees at this location. They were super helpful and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will definitely shop this store again!

Shopping for a washer and dryer we were approached by an appliance associate, I typically walk off because I don't like pressure sales but Rob Davis was easy to talk to, he was very knowledgeable about the products and willing to play along with my sarcastic sense of humor. I enjoyed the conversation and left the store the proud owner of a new washer and dryer that fits my needs.
