My experience is any employee I encounter in this store is friendly and courteous. Selection of products is decent. Not too often do I have to visit a competitors store for something not available here. Overall I'm very satisfied.

We are always greeted by a very friendly staff member. The store is very clean and well organized. In this crazy world we live in now, we feel very comfortable shopping here because it is well maintained and they seem to make your safety a priority. Every staff member is pleasant and helpful.

Always get top drawer help in plumbing from Mike. Personable and knowledgeable about his products. Other Customer Service Associates also very helpful. Store appears clean and invites u in from the outside. Store must have a great motivator/manager/ leader.

This place is now my "go to" Home Depot store! This is my second visit here and the customer service and the knowledge from the workers there are second to none. Within minutes I received assistance and that they ensured that we were taking care of me regarding questions and concerns that I had. I want to recognize David Sanchez going the extra mile helping us step by step through the appliance purchase process and educating us on the protection plan and the Home Depot credit card. I'm glad that this location is near within my residence and I am glad to have friendly people and awesome customer service!

Recently I had to get 70 keys made for my school. Taylor in hardware had a wonderful attitude at the beginning, during and at the completion of this request. The store itself was stocked with the kind that I needed. This is a great store!

Good store...of the 2 in my immediate area, this one is easy in and easy out access. I tried to buy a pressure washer at Tintern location but no one came to assist even though I asked twice. Hillcrest had the item in an accessible location and I was out in no time.

Associates and vendors not wearing masks or wearing under their chin while interacting with customers.

Good experience and good products, but! Many customers did not have masks and did not practice social distancing. I would like to see enforced masks and social distancing mandatory for all Home Depot stores, similar to other stores.

This store was very clean and friendly. I ordered a complete suite of kitchen appliances. Left the store completely satisfied with my selections due to the fact the appliance department was knowledgeable and capable of answering any question I had. Will drive past other stores of this type in the future to shop at this particular Home Depot.

I was in the store for less than 10 minutes and came in contact with 4 employees (2 at cust serv, 1 on the floor, and 1 at the register) not covering their noses with their masks. During this pandemic, employees should show more care and respect to the customers.
