We ordered special blinds for our RV, Henry, associate was very helpful and friendly, and knowledgeable!

We purchased a dryer today in Chesapeake. Rob greeted us in the appliance department. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and explained in detail the delivery process. He was so pleasant and kind, and we enjoyed meeting with him and will ask for him by name with our next appliance purchase. He is a veteran. Thank him for his service if you see him!

The quality and selection are on point. I normally find all of my needs here. The employee's are helpful and knowledgeable. And plentiful. Never a department without a representative. Always willing to assist. Thank you!!!

This store layout is wrong. I shop at alot of home depots in Hampton roads. You need to model every store after celebration station on lynnhaven Pkwy Virginia Beach. Most simple layout. Best store.

First off, there was someone to help me. Usually, you can't find anyone to help. Keri Forrester came right to us to help us with our order to laminate and carpet our home. She was knowledgeable, willing to serve us, even when she needed some help from Mike. She wanted to learn how to fill out our order and that was an Impressive employee. One always ready to learn in order to serve her customer well. I appreciate Keri.

Friendly employees who helped us with everything we needed and if you happen to have to go to the bathroom while there, then you will not be disappointed- very clean :)

Recently purchased stuff from this store and an employee there who was awesome. He name was Lamont, he helped with our purchase, and checkout and help load our in store purchase, then came out and help load pine straw for us. Made everything so much easier!

I have to home depots and opposite directions both are the same distance, I always choose to go to the Hillcrest location in Chesapeake Virginia their staff is very friendly and helpful The store is also very convenient to get in and out of

I was wandering around the store looking for an item that probably didn't even exist, but I had an idea in my head. An employee named Chris asked if I was finding everything. I explained what I was thinking of and he jumped on the computer and came up with the exact vision I had in my head. I purchased the items, put them together and they worked perfectly! Thank you, Chris!

I had to wait 30 mins at the Customer Service desk as the new military discount system doesn't work and is ridiculous. 2 to 3 CS staff left us in line to go about some random tasks. Finally when assisted I had to go away fro the counter to set up my cell due to poor WIFI inside. As I did this the CS lady helped others so I still had to wait for her to finish even though she was supposedly helping me. Not sure why this location cannot provide enough staff for this desk and I am also not sure why Home Depot has gone to such an unfriendly system to get my military discount - all that work to get it done sure didn't feel like I was valued as I was already registered before.

This Home Depot is my FAVORITE. Not only does the manager take pride in taking care of the customers, but this is also true for all of the employees. It is always organized, well-stocked, and everyone is so friendly. I DREAD going to other Home Depot’s and/or Lowe’s when I am not near my house…

I go to this store quite a lot and many times have to ask an employee a question. I have never had an employee act as if I was bothering them or who was not helpful. The store is clean and well organized.

They were able to give a product at a competitive price.

This store used to be great, everyone was happy. But now it seems moral and service is on the decline. All the employees look miserable.

These employees deliver top quality service EVERY time I come in!! (And I go somewhat frequently). They are professional and friendly but not in a “scripted” way. You leave knowing your interaction with any of them is genuine!!

I have always found this store to be reasonably neat & clean. The isles & departments are clearly marked with good signage. The employees are helpful , friendly & knowledgeable. .

Clean, organized, most employees can help you. Management is good and helpful. I wish it was larger. Tool department is exceptional. Great area. Catch a movie and food at Cinema Cafe. Plenty of eateries and bakeries.
