I usually never have issues shopping at any Home Depot stores. They had just what I came there for, plus grabbed a few things in the front for quick Christmas gifts!

Every time I have shopped at this store the employee's are friendly and helpful.

Veronica was mad because I asked for 2 5 gallons of blue paint and waited for her to finish the customer before me before I asked (you know some of us wait our turn) when I asked if it was a problem she began yelling and arguing because “she has a life just like I do”. 6 minutes that’s it she didn’t get to walk away from her station until 6 minutes after close and it was a huge problem. She then accused me of being in the store for an hour and waiting until close to get what I needed which wasn’t true I walked in 15 minutes before close but like I said she had a customer so I waited my turn. I will not go to Veronica Herrera in paint EVER again and probable will not shop at this location either.

Although the employees can be hard to find once you do they are usually very helpful once you get them. The store is generally clean and products for the most part in the right places.

We are very pleased with our purchase of a washing machine, we had to go to two different stores to find what we were looking for. We feel very lucky to find the brand similar to what we were exactly wanting. We understand that sometimes you may have to order what you want. Which is totally fine, we went with what was in stock because it was needed that day. Thank you so much

Cashier was very helpful when there was problem

I knew what I wanted and knew where it was located. As I was looking at the 4 foot long light, Adam walk by and ask if he could help. He made sure I was picking up the right thickness and length. We also had a short conversation in general. He was nice and friendly. Awesome employee.

Good store!!! Hire more people though and restock items a little better

very nice and tidy store.. Was needing paint and every associate there had a smile on their face and was helpful.

I was planning to buy a ride on lawnmower but the application said they we’re not stocked at this location. To my dismay after I purchased a similar lawnmower through AFEES I dropped by my store for something else and to my utter shock there was a line of the ride on lawnmower I had wanted to purchase!!!

This store should be responsible for training your other locations on customer service. Chris D and Wesley literally climbed behind shelves and on ladders all over trying to find the product that not only the automated system said was in stock but other Home Depot locations directed us to this location saying it was in stock. These folks went above and beyond to make sure we left their store 100% satisfied. You could truly tell they love their jobs! Thank you all! I have gone without a kitchen for a remodel since December and after waiting months for cabinets and countertops we were finally able to go purchase the faucet I wanted- only to not be able to locate one. These employees were literally amazing!

Sure "wood" be nice to able to navigate this store in a wheelchair. They have so much stuff in isles its make it almost impossible. Asked employee to retrieve something for me but received no help.

I always ask for Dave to help me with products and always look for Leslie to check out

While the store may be stocked well, getting assistance was very difficult. Maneuvering through the lumber section and cashier area to reach the load out pad was a long wait and very crowded with no clear area for people to line up for payout. I do shop this store and will in the future but improvements are needed.

The Lady who has the give hugs and smiles on her apron. Forgot her name, but she is the most kindest person I've ever met. She's wonderful and patient

I do home remodeling and need many parts and supplies. This store can generally cover all my needs and the staff will go out of their way to go out back to get what I need if the shelves are empty of what I'm needing. Clean store and helpful staff.
