Sammie in paint is the go to guy for matching. There was a time neither big box in this area had helpful staff, now this HD is kicking it. It would be nice to have a simple way to find items without a person, NOT AN APP.

Every one there was very helpful it’s nice to see that people enjoy going to work and doing there jobs

Smaller store but great sales associates that were extremely helpful.

Jason and Linda in tools were very helpful in explaining the difference of On Line Pricing to In store Pricing on an item we wanted to buy. They made sure they helped in loading our merchandise. I would recommend this store.

I was in dire need of an item and surfed online. Found it at this HD and took my printed page to this location as they were the ONLY one close that had what I wanted. The associates that helped me find this item were courteous and informative. I soon had my needed item and was glad to have had a fast shopping excursion end on such a high note!

It's almost impossible to get anyone to help you at this location especially if you are a woman and needing a male employee's assistance. It has taken almost an entire week to get a brand new dryer delivered to my house and no one ever called me about the time it would be delivered. I had to call the store back to find out. I wish that I would have chosen somewhere else to buy a dryer from because this has put me in a huge bind considering we have a huge family and need to do laundry everyday!! Plus they told me that if something is wrong with the dryer, they will only exchange it within the first 24 hours even though I bought the 3 year warranty with it!!

This home Depot has the best customer service of all the stores local. The service is always given with a smile. The employees go out of there way to assist. Thank you

A great Home Depot location hardly ever do I find anything not in stock that I am looking for and they also have multiple locations for accessories Hardware Etc to go along with whatever you may be working on in a project.

Cashier Abigail was very helpful she found us an associate to help us find the items. Very professional when checking us out. Very friendly and helpful. I hope to always receive this kind helpful customer services.

I was unable to get assistance from a store employee-I waited and then tried to stop two employees, to no avail. I was finally approached by an employee that asked that I get down from the lumber racks and he would get the lumber down. I thanked him, male employee whose nametag read Lynn, and informed him that I had gotten my lumber, culled out the less than acceptable pieces, had been passed by two employees previously and appreciated him not only correcting my behavior in climbing the racks but offered to help. I would like to recognize Lynn as an exceptional employee. I would like to comment that I feel endcaps that have displys too wide impaired access on at least ten of the aisles that I visited (paint, tools, Gifts at the front of the store and lighting.)

This store was well stocked as well as clean and neat. The check - out clerk certainly went out of her way to assist me and the manager was very polite and well spoken in addition to providing exceptional service.

This location is by far our favorite! We live in Chickasha and drive all the way to the south side of OKC to shop at this store. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and it's just a great, all-around store! THANK YOU!
