The sale rep by the name of Pam in Appliances is the BEST.. She’s knowledgeable of all products in that area. She will give you the pros and cons of the products.. Pam also helped me load it too.. Thank you Pam your the BEST!!

Needed to buy new washer . Jole Smith who was working that department was very perfessional and kind from what I understood. The manager said she just started but you would have never none that. Thanks for the help

This is a great store to shop at. I’ve been shopping at this store for decades. You can find parts easily and if not they have great employees to help you get what you need. Store has been very clean I’ve been impressed with how this store has been took care of.

I am a frequent shopper at the Home Depot at Shields & 240 in OKC. I would like to bring to your attention that you have in my opinion a 5-star employee by the name of Taylor. A few days ago, I was in the paint Department trying to decide what to do with my garage floor when I heard “Can I help you?” Not did Taylor ask, but also backed it up then and also the next day when I realized I needed some help with roller type size etc. I was back in your store and back in your paint Dept. aisle, when I once again heard “Can I help you?” and not just saying but doing with enthusiasm all she could to be of help to me.

Very easy to get help. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I have been shopping at this location for many years. It's always been a very nice place to do business. The employees are all well trained, friendly and helpful! I've purchased a whole house remodel from this location from sheetrock to appliances, carpet and tile. I've also purchased an entire new kitchen from this location at a different residence. These people are the best!

Very good store. Great prices and products

I experienced racism at this particular store. I am Asian American and one of the employees knowingly and bluntly ignored me when I needed help in his department (plumbing department). I’ve never experienced this poor treatment before. I went to customer service and they were no help so I confronted the guy myself and he was still very rude and his apology was not sincere. I do not recommend this store at all because of this guy.

Wonderful employees but the worst deliver ever - needed refrigerator immediately mine could not be repaired, paid extra for next day delivery - its been 3 days no delivery - food in refrigerator will have to be thrown away.

I love this store. I drive all the way from tuttle to shop here because of the great and friendly staff.

Managers only response to three questions was have a good day. My day would have been better to avoid this store and go elsewhere.

The staff in this store is always very helpful especially Katina and Chasity. They make me want to drive all the way up to shields from Tuttle, just to get the customer service provided at that store.
