I recently bought new appliances, my rep was patient, knowledgeable, friendly! Made it a fun experience! Then last week I went in for a Ring security light. The rep went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

I was in the store to purchase a new toilet for a current bath remodel. I had a list of 2 brands and numerous models from online research. I appreciated being able to read other Home Depot reviews of all toilets on my list. It made my final choice much easier.

I am looking forward to the ease this shower will give me and hopefully it will be safer for me.

The employees in the Lawn & Garden area are very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service in appliances

The woman who works in the plumbing department is incredible. She has helped my multiple times to get the right products to complete projects at my house.

Robin in the grilling/outdoor cooking was great!

Bought Plywood, wanted 3/4inch, was sold 1/2inch. Item was not stocked in the correct slot and individual items did not have their own labels. Employee assisted me and obviously was not fully aware of his merchandise.

Store was clean. All employees I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. I am handicapped and Jordan brought an electric riding cart to my car so that I could get into the store with ease.

When I decided to get a quote on vinyl plank flooring, I told the associate that I needed the cost to be broken out by rooms. There is 4 total rooms. Even, Al, who came and measured said it could be done. I got the quote and it had total cost, not broken out by room. I called and spoke with Hannah, who was ridiculously rude when I requested it. Thanks for wasting my time. I don’t see Home Depot in the same way anymore. Pretty pathetic. This store is obviously not managed well.

We had a problem getting service on a product that we bought an extended warranty for. After failing to get service, I went to the store to explain the situation. From the customer service rep to the store manager who offered a store credit for the warranty purchased, I was really impressed with the level of customer service.

Every time I have come into this store, someone has always helped me find what I need or answered my questions.

My trip to Home Depot this week was wonderful!! The employees were so friendly and so were the customers! Everyone was in a good mood and happy!!

Went in store to look at washers and dryers! Mic helped us and he was exceptional! His knowledge of the different brands was fantastic! Be sure and ask for Mic, he was great!

Back for the second day in a row with another "simple" project. All I can say is if you could clone Dave (plumbing) and place mini me Daves throughout your store life would be grand!!

I visited your store to buy parts for a minor plumbing project, replacing a water fixture in a vanity. Come to find out 5/8" pex isn't available any longer and I was at a loss. Thank God for Dave in your plumbing department! After showing him pictures I had taken he was like boom, boom, boom. "This is all ya need to do!" Thanks Dave, you rock!!

Nick store manager helped me find a magnetic nail roller and showed me how to use it:) (contractor left all kinda nails in my driveway :( He found some up above on the shelves...I wish I hadda caught him before I left...so he couldve located my bid for kit cab refacing since I had misplaced mine...the other home depot wouldnt answer the phone!

I bought a dish washer there but the ordering and check out was horrendous. The clerk was not computer savvy and the procedure took at least 90 minutes. I was asked to repeat my phone number at least 10 times. The clerk became frustrated and so did I.

I am a volunteer who helps low income, Vetrans and elderlies with disabilities. My shopping experience is great. Can easily find my products. I get assistance from knowledgeable associates. Love the cleanliness of the store.

Great shopping experience! I didn’t buy a lot of hardware, but I felt acknowledged. The workers were friendly and helpful. Lots of products on the shelves. COVID-friendly. The store was clean and well organized. My checkout experience was pleasant, thanks so much Julia! I will definitely be back.

This store has an excellent staff, especially Celesteen. I'm sorry if I misspelled it. She really knows her stuff and is very available!

Employee Justin needs retrained on customer service. Appears he is more concerned about playing with other employees that focusing on the customer. Will go out of my way to shop other places due to the experience with this unfocused, rude employee. I'm guessing Justin would be ok if retrained but my gosh what a terrible experience. Unbelievable! - It was a minor return. Wow.

This store is consistently well stocked and clean. Employees are helpful in any of the given departments and employees at service counter are always cheerful and willing to help. Check out is fast and efficient.

This particular HD usually has what I need and they have the most friendly employees; Charlie up at the checkout was particularly helpful and friendly. Overall the store is clean and clutter free, I can typically find someone who knows about the product I need and returns are very quick. The greeter, a very nice older gentleman hits the right tone of pleasant and willing to help.

Found things ready to buy. Seemed a little understaffed today.

Glen is a very friendly greeter at the front door and guides you to what your're looking for. Dave in Plumbing was AWESOME. An expert and not only got me the parts I needed for my job but gave me instructions for the installation. Made the job WAY easier. Thanks Dave!!
