Customer service staff is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An ever-improving selection of items made in the U.S.A., which is nice.

If you buy products at this Home Depot, open the box before you leave the store to be sure you have a new item and not used. I drove home 75 miles then found out it had been used. This is unacceptable. If I want used I will go to the Goodwill store or a pawn shop.

This Home Depot Store has the most curteous and helpful employees that I have recently experienced. They would answer any questions I had and actually took the time to take me to the location of the item. At many of the big name stores employees just point and tell me what aisle the item is located. Not at this store! That extra helpfulness is what will bring me back to this location. Great job for training your employees!

Products are very easy to find. Great assistance from Home Depot personnel, very friendly and so helpful.

I love this store! It is open at 6am, I work overnights, and it is so convenient to run in there for any needs right after work! The employees are courteous and friendly, quick to assist, and picking up items there or having a return takes no time at all! Down to earth nice people! There are always plenty of staff around to assist you, you don't have to go searching from isle to isle to find help. I have waited for assistance longer in a gas station and convenience store then when I shop at home depot!

Very unimpressed with the employees help. I had to purchase a knife for work that I needed at that moment and I had to return the purchase right after I bought it. I had to do this because no one had the tool to take the alarm tracker off and then I was told to just take it home and take it off there. When and how would I take it off if I don't have a tool for it. So I was just very unsatisfied and will not come to this home Depot again.

My shopping experience at this location is always top notch. As a handyman, I frequent this location several times a week and the employees always greet me with a smile, always helpful and knowledgeable in their respected area of work. Marcus and the paint crew, Karl in customer service and his team as well as Marilyn the cashier and her team, I guess I could say the entire Home Depot team goes above and beyond my expectation of customer service!!

While searching for some obscure parts amidst the bags, bins, and drawers in the Hardware aisles I received fast and friendly service from an associate named Josh King. Not only did he know his way around that department but he asked me if I needed help before I went looking for help. I was surprised to learn he had only been there one week! Hopefully he will stay and continue to be an asset to the team there.

I believe that this store #2209 has consistently displayed a high level of customer service.

Overall, it's such a great store with the friendliest employees in the area. I can count on them to help me with whatever I need.

Checkout clerk was rude, argumentative, and not helpful at all. Never going back. They also only had one of the item I needed (2ft x 4ft OSB) out of 4. store was clean

UNSAFE DURING PANDEMIC! Store employees has no regards for social distancing. When asking employees to give me six feet distancing, associates approach CLOSER to clarify what I say while my hand is up indicating 'stop!'. Return desk has glass dividers, but unmasked associates habitually stick their heads around the glass to talk less than two feet from customers. Don't worry about party COVID, it's alive and kicking at your local Home Depot!

I have been going to this HD Store since 2005, and have always had a good experience. There are 4 employees that I remember, because I see then often, and they are all very helpful, friendly and courteous. Plus, when I ask them a question, they answer my questions, know where the product located, and understand how it works. Roy in Tools and Hardware. Very helpful young gentleman that told me where the fans were located then checked to make sure they were not located somewhere else. He then told me how to get there. I only wished I had looked at his name tag. Get rid of the plant stands near the checkouts so people can see who is next to go. Quite the cluster..... when I was there 2020/06/05.

Tom R. from the windows and door area is an outstandiing and above average employee. He helped me out in the appliances area and did his best to answer all my questions. I wish all Home Depot employees had the same work ethic as Tom. I find the older generation of workers understand better what it takes to give good customer service. I appreciate Tom staying beyond his shift to help me find the right appliances...Thanks Tom!

Every time I visit the store South Overland Park KS store, there are always helpful employees for products I am looking for (ask for Ernest) even helping me safely tie down wood to the top of my car (Zach and another employee- I wish I had gotten his name) Help me safely tie down some lumber to the top of my SUV. The checkout people are friendly (Carol) and are always willing to help you find what you need. The store is always clean, and products are able to be found easily on the website map.

Easy to find items. Location is handy for me. Even though there is construction underway in the parking lot I was able to negotiate my way around. I like being able to use my Home Depot Credit Card and receive coupons. I needed a specific color of paint to match some I had used before. The paint department sales people actually went above and beyond to get the right match. They made up 2 different colors in quarts and let me pick without having to purchase both. I wish I had gotten their names. Yes, the store is clean.

Great experience, helpful crew, the Associate at the self checkout was awesome.
