Desmond at the Saginaw location (not shields) was amazing as he was truly a one man show!! He truly deserves a raise after watching him be a master of his craft on a very busy Saturday morning while my wife and I need over 10 gallons of paint mixed up

I BOUGHT A PATIO UMBRELLA AND IT IS TERIFFIC. 9 FEET! WOW! AND AT A MUCH BETTER PRICE THAN I FOUND ANYWHERE!!!

The men in the paint department were so helpful and knowledgeable. One man was ready to leave but stayed a few minutes over to help with a particular product we needed. teh cashier was very kind and understanding, we had to write a check and she joked with us about it.

Very friendly staff, greeted and asked if help was needed throughout the store. Products I was searching for were readily available and in stock. Norma, outdoor garden cashier was just a Ray of sunshine!!! Home Depot is so lucky to have such a beautiful personality at checkout. We be shopping Home Depot (2714) much more frequently.

The employees here are so courteous and helpful. Even though there are other locations that are closer to me, I would rather travel the extra miles to shop here.

I always have a wonderful shopping experience in this Saginaw Home Depot Store. I am always acknowledged by everyone, always asked if I am finding everything alright, always asked if I need help in finding anything. The employees are more than happy to help, dropping whatever they are working on to provide me with the help I may need. The employees always have a smile on their faces, and are all really friendly.

The store was cluttered and the few associates that were available were rude and not helpful. We were ignored by a flooring associate. cut off by a paint associate who had to take a phone call and walk around. then we had a short bald dude with a complex slam the gates open that another associate just closed to get our flooring down. And as he slammed them open he stated he didnt care that we were waiting on flooring from above the gates dont need to be closed.

The store was clean and well stocked and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. At least 6 employees asked if we needed help or were able to find what we needed. The cashier at checkout was extremely friendly and helpful. An overall great experience.

My shopping experience was excellent. The staff at this store were very helpful, courteous and quick to help. I did not have to spend any time looking for assistance. Have shopped there in the past and will definitely shop there again!

Employees at the time of sale were all very helpful and courteous. When our delivery was made there was a snafu that was taken care of as soon as could be expected. Our thanks to store manager Austin, employee Jackson and another member of the store management team whose name, sorry to say, escapes me right now. Kudos to all!

as i had stated i love shopping at this store. I have remodeled my home and now I am helping my daughter do her home. there are very few things I have not found in your store. associates are always helpful and friendly.

I first went to a competitor and could not get waited on to answer questions about a Power Washer purchase. When I walked into Home Depot, I was immediately greeted by staff who found the right person to assist.

If you are looking for new appliances, talk to Mya. She was extremely friendly, very laid back and knew her information. She gave honest opinions and past customer reviews regarding the appliances. She did not try to upcharge my purchase by pressuring me into the "extras". It wasn't just Mya though that made my experience great. Every employee was friendly, they all said hello and seemed very nice. Very rarely do I write reviews, but this was a great experience and I'm happy to leave good feedback. We will be using this store for any future home improvement needs! Thanks!!!

The managers were especially helpful, patient, and generous in assisting me in ordering raised garden beds for our school. They took their time to make sure we got the perfect garden beds, flowers, and plants so our students would have a positive growing experience. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion, kindness, and hospitality! I will definitely tell others to shop at the best Home Depot store #2714!

I was visiting from out of town. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The greeter sent me the right place. There the associate looked on line to see if another store had the item. The cashier helped me use my card when I didn't have it with me. There was also consistent masking which was important me considering Michigan's Covid numbers, especially as a physician.

The Bueker Drive, Saginaw. MI. store is kept up very clean and tidy. The emplyees in the plumbing Dept. are awesome, intelligent and very helpful. But the employees at the Returns Dept. are rude and act like we are thieves when something has to be returned. They act like we should not return items. I don't like To go to returns because it happens every single time, even if I have a receipt! They need customer service training there.

I keep unknowingly buying expired fertilizer products. I should not have to check for expiration dates on products that are on the shelf for sale.
