I cannot say enough good about Home Depot as they have never let me down. They make you feel so welcome, very knowledgable, honest,and respectful and go out of their way to help you order a product online if, at rare times, the store does not carry the item. They have never disappointed me yet.

This Home Depot is one of many I shop at. This stores staff is always helpful, kind, and knowledgeable when I find myself in need of assistance. I'm a local contractor and I make frequent trips to many home improvement stores. The Saginaw store is one of my favorites.

The Appliance Specialist Amy saved me money by price matching. She also informed me of more savings if I get additional appliances. $600.00 off on 6 appliances plus sales prices! My pocket book appreciates the savings. I saved just about enough to buy all of the Christmas gifts on my list. You can say I'm super happy! Saginaw Home Depot is awesome! Amy Is a true specialist! The Store Manager was also very helpful and was happy to have my business.

I receive immediate help which saved time and frustration. The check out cashiers were friendly and went the extra mile to get me a cart as my item was heavy.

The store was clean and there were associates everywhere. We asked Bill in lighting a question and he was amazingly helpful! Then when checking out, Katie was super helpful at the registers! Today's shopping adventure at this Home Depot store was a great experience and even though we have a couple other large home improvement stores in our area, today's experience has put the Depot #1 on our list!!!

A worker by the name of Jason assisted me with my project needs I explained what I needed and got me all the materials I needed he even helped me push my cart to the checkout I was so appreciative of him because I had no clue what I needed to get but thanks to Jason I was taken care of..thanks again Jason you rock!!!

Employees are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Very few other building supplies I have ever dealt with have had this quality of help. This store also consistently is well supplied as opposed to others I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I am a retired general contractor and really appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I am also know for working on projects that are a bit on the extraordinary and to be looking for rare materials. The staff here has been very helpful with suggestions to replace some of the items I was looking for with items much less expensive and just as effective, and that they had on hand.

If you ever need assistance, there's a women that was working in appliance dept. Wrote her name down and missed place it but she had streaks of purple through her hair. My mother and I were so impressed with her knowledge in so many departments and she also took us right to the isle for each question we had from doors to countertops to do it yourself kits. Electrical. Just awesome person!!!! Thank you for your patients and dealing with all the questions.

The cashier (Denise) went above and beyond - saved me $40 by getting me signed up for a credit card and reminded me of 2 simple supplies that made my painting job much easier - best cashier EVER !!

I am here 2 or 3 times a day. All the people who work here are great. If the person your talking to doesn't have an answer for you they will quickly get someone who does.

Home Depot is basically the only store I shop because it meets my shopping needs and I always have a have a positive experience.

It was a one stop shop for all lawn needs. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and always around when we were lost.

The store is fine, but I had a bad experience buying carpet here. We waited for at least 30 minutes to speak with a flooring specialist because no one was at the desk. Once we got our quote back, it showed that we would be forced to have a 63 square ft remnant. The specialists would not work with us to see if something else could be done, as it is a lot of extra money and carpet we do not need. (I understand that the carpet is only 12’ wide and that we will need to have seams, but they would not even try to help us work something out). On the day of installation, we were told we would be called at 8am. We waited around all day and finally received a phone call at 2pm, saying that he would not have time to come that day and would have to come the next morning. This whole process was extremely stressful and frustrating. I will never go through Home Depot for carpet again and I would recommend everyone against buying carpet or flooring here.
