From start to finish the employees were exceptional. From making a lumber cart available to cutting my plywood and even ringing out my order.

Went in with a material list and Drew the sale associate help me get everything that I needed and even cut my pvc pipes for me.

Thank you Michelle for making our purchase easy and providing us with everything we needed. Michelle is professional and kind. She helped locate other employees to load heavy boxes and found the correct cart to use. Great job Michelle!!!!! Thank you!

Actually did purchase an exterior door to the tune of &4,200.00 from this bunch with a second door to match. The salesman was moved from doors and windows and never followed up. I have the call logs showing the numerous times I tried contacting him but when I finally did he pushed me off on another salesman. In the meantime the finish is wrong on the $4,000.00 door and the manufacturer says it’s in production. Thank you Home Depot for nothing.

I would like to have seen more vinyl fencing in deferent lengths from the same manufacturer

Very pleasant shopping experience. Had electric cart for handicapped. Employees pleasant and smiling and spoke pleasantly. Offered suggestions and gave updates on newer appliances. Thanked us for shopping and invited us back.

We received the call are door measurements where in and the friendly employee Jason that helped us from the start helped us finish and complete our order. He was very nice and friendly and helpful with our choices.

In an age where everyone seems to busy to help or smile. We found an associate that went above and beyond abd 4 other employees came to help load our truck and trailer minutes to closing took thier time to carefully load with smiles the whole time. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

The pro desk is never open until 6 pm you get sent to customer service for them not to know what they are doing!!! Sue and Mikey are doing a great job at the pro desk but they need Help!!! More employees need to be trained to help out or employees need to be hired!!!

Customer service wasnt very nice and the knowledge of staff seems subpar compared to a couple years ago. People should have knowledge of the department they work in.

We are building a small hen house and needed a few pallets. The manager was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. We shop at this Home Depot regularly and are always impressed with the helpful customer service.

I highly recommend this Home Depot and sales associate Miya. I purchased my LG wash tower over the phone at the Salisbury MD store with Miya as I was not up to making the drive to go into the store. I was a bit nervous making such a large purchase over the phone vs going into the store. Miya made the experience a breeze. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. She made sure I also added the accessory items needed to complete installation and that I received all my applicable discounts. The entire process was a pleasure-comfortable and smooth and saved me a trip to the store.

After trying to find fence panels at several other building supply stores, I checked Home Depot and was pleased to find the panels in stock and reasonably priced. John (in lumber) and Tiasha in Customer Service were extremely helpful in facilitating my purchase.

I recently needed to purchase appliances. The Appliance Specialist E. Kermisch was extremely helpful.

My overall experience at this store was great. Everyone was very helpful in so many ways. I received quite a bit of help getting my order loaded and finding what I needed. Everyone that was working on Saturday 1-2-2021 at the Salisbury store should receive a job well done. Best experience I ever had at Home Depot.

We live nearly 40 minutes away, and we don't LOVE driving to Salisbury, but Mary, at the customer service desk, makes shopping at the Home Depot a worthwhile trip!! She takes the work out of it for us. Thank you!!
