Great staff! Especially the cashiers always cheery and a pleasure to talk to. The store is always clean and if I can’t find something an employee is always around to show me where to go. I live by a Lowe’s but prefer to drive the 35 minutes just to shop at this store.

How nice it was to see staff available and ready to assist me on my recent visit to this Home Depot. This is definitely going to be my "go to" home improvement store from now on. I gladly cross the highway to repeat the excellent service compared to the other home improvement store. Try it. Your agree when you experience the difference.

If you need an associate to help with your purchase, this is the place to go. We have always had plenty of help when looking for a product. The store is clean and the shelves are stocked.

Service was poor with no one to help.

Drove an hour to buy a tool that was shown to be in stock. Couldn't find it. Assistant looked it up on his phone and said there should be 3 in stock. Didn't do squat to find missing inventory. Two hours wasted

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The store is clean and the appliances were displayed for easy viewing. The sales associate that worked with me was the very best. She was polite, engaged, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She price matched with no hassle. I highly recommend this store.

mang was very rude and said if u want to shop at another store please do . Lost a lot of money with attitude and speaking to someone in this way. Don't judge book by its cover. Store lost money sending someone else where

Great store. Never hard to find product or help.

There's usually an employee near the entrance that will look at you and welcome you with a sincere smile. Myself, my favorite place to visit and shop, is in the garden area. It is very attractive with a variety of different plants and colors.

Every employee I had contact with on my recent trip to this store was very helpful & friendly. Lowe's is closer to my home but the shopping experience here is so much better.

Good luck getting help in the appliance department, the associate on duty states they don’t carry anything in store and to go online.

The Home Depot Store was fine. The sales associate was very good. There was no way on the survey to address delivery service.I was told that Home Depot did not deliver but delivery of my G. E appliance was contracted by G.E. to Forward Air Delivery in Delaware. Delivery date was Nov. 6, (purchase date Nov.1) Forward Air never showed or called, but THEIR records stated they did! (My day wasted waiting!) I was rescheduled for Nov.9. Forward Air's " truck broke down". A very nice young man, Darnell, called with the bad news. ( Day 2, wasted waiting). Delivery rescheduled for Sunday, Nov. 10 between 9:30- 2 PM. Day 3, with more time wasted waiting.During this entire time I made 5 calls to Home Depot (V.M. had two other numbers to call), made 3 calls to G.E Home Delivery Support and lastly, a total of 13 calls to Forward Air with most resulting a a V.M. with "user's mailbox is full". Home Depot 's Appliance Dept. Manager also made calls. My G.E refrigerator arrived at 2PM on Sunday, Nov. 10. Home Depot should do it's own delivery contracting. Local accountability is crucial to me. I will look into who delivers prior to purchasing in the future

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE APPLIANCE DELIVERY SERVICE!! Had to wait a week. Took off work the day of the scheduled delivery. The recording said between 12pm & 4pm. They didnt call to say they were running late or they were stuck in traffic...we called them 3 times. They couldnt contact the driver, didnt know where he was, and didnt know when he'd get here; but he would call when he was about 1/2hr away. Its now after 10pm. No call received. They are closed for the day. And Home Depot says they dont have anything to do with it. BULL!!! You hired this company!! You have my money; where is my stuff?? #somebodybettercallmefirstthinginthemorning

The minute I walk into the store I know I will get the help I need to find the product I am looking for. Always a pleasure shopping here at the Home Depot.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and went beyond service to help me purchase the right product for the job. The store was clean and well organized. All were friendly and helpful.
