I recently went to the Salisbury, Maryland Home depot for materials to complete a plumbing repair. The staff were helpful and friendly and I was able to be on my way quickly. The store is always clean neat and organized. That is why they are my first choice for home repair products.

If you are in need of expert advise in the lighting department see FRED. He is attentive, very knowledgeable, explains things perfectly and if available gives you alternatives to your issue.

Home Depot has the biggest and best selection of plants that I've seen in Salisbury. The salespeople in the outdoor garden center were wonderfully knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Checkout was fast, the garden area was nice and clean (or at least as clean as a garden center can be), and parking was very convenient.

Excellent customer service. I just wish they had motor scooter carts for the disabled.

I was amazed at the knowledge that the salesman had about the door I needed for my home. If I had bought this door online, I would have bought the wrong type of door for my home.

Home Depot employs friendly people who know about the products they sell- often from being in the trades themselves. They are very available to offer useful help and answer how to and what do I need for this project questions, which is important to me.

I've always shopped at Lowe's, so I recently started shopping at Home Depot after being referred by friends. The customer service experience is exceptional. Every department we visited, staff acknowledged us and offered a hand of help.

This Home Depot is not close to our home. We just happened to be in that area and needed a couple things. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The store was busy yet they were able to assist us to find what we needed. The Home Depot near our home is not that way. Wish all Home Depot store were like the one in Salisbury, Maryland.

What a great first day of 2018! Discovered Home Depot after years of dealing with one of their competitors. What a joy to feel that my business is appreciated, that my questions and concerns were important, that I wasn't continuously interrupted by phone calls. I appreciate that I was afforded each department rep's full undivided attention and that they were all most knowledgeable, polite and professional at the same time. It is rare to experience such dedicated and proficient customer service as I had today.

We purchased a kitchen stove at this store earlier this year and it was a good purchase experience as was the replacement hot water heater purchase just yesterday. The sales associates involved were quite helpful and there was no problem in finding what I needed.

The store is always clean and stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly, and willing to help you look for a product or show you where the product is located. I can always find an employee to assist me. I like shopping at Home Depot because 98% of the time I can find everything I need.
