Great Service!!!

The store was clean easy to find what we need but sometime it take so long to get assistance

Saturday early evening, sales staff was helpful, had what I wanted, easy checkout. Very dirty outside, especially near doors. Bad news. Not all things are marked, and bids are sometimes filled with mix matched stuff, knowledgeable speciality staff would be a great idea.

worst store in the chain. I've shopped Home Depot in Long Island, N. Y. C., Kansas City, Evansville Ind, Indianapolis Ind and East Lansing Mi to name but a few and this store is under stocked, understaffed and if it wasn't so close to where I live I'd never go back. If we didn't have corporate accounts for each entity I'd push for a switch to another Home Improvement store.

I ventured into the San Mateo Home Depot Store over the Memorial Day holiday. It was the most wonderful customer service I've experienced in a very long time at any retailer on the Peninsula. I was able to find or get help to find everything I needed to get, every person I encountered from the sales floor, to the check-out, and the customer service desk were friendly, helpful, patient, considerate, and professional. Wow! Home improvement stores are not my thing--I usually can't name, can't find, and often get the wrong thing. I just want to say thank you to the staff at Home Depot for being so great.

Excellent store

Unhelpful associates caused me a lot of wasted time waiting to get a piece of wood cut. I asked multiple employees for assistance and was rudely told to go and find someone else. The floor employees I encountered do not belong in a customer facing environment.

I just love this store. Very neat, clean and all products organized. You always get what you want. Friendly staff helps you as you approach them. No hassles in billing as its now a self check out with many counters. No wait. Nursery is good too specially flowers in summers.

Forgot my wallet, the registers don't take apple pay. Reina helped me finish checking out and put my purchase on hold. That allowed me to leave to grab cash from an ATM (which I can access with only phone) and return to pay without suffering through scanning all my items again. Know that there are options that the associates can help you with if you're forgetful like me. Thanks!

The new checkout "station" set-up for Customer Service is an incredible improvement. There finally are enough representatives assigned to this task whereby the wait was minimal.

The staff was curious and very helpful compared to San Jose stores. The check out was fast and the gentleman in the department who sells kitchens went over and above to help me find a special drawer for my kitchen sink even though you don't sell them. He never made me feel like I was not an imposition and I defiantly will use his services. He worked around 730pm on may 5th had a computer he helped me select my brackets. Don't let this one go home Depot he's an asset to your store. Great salesman. My aunt is going to see him for two rentals she needs upgrading on because I told her how professional and knowe gable he was.

Great customer service that made the buying experience fast, uncomplicated and a pleasure. Valerie Padilla went out of her way to help make buying a microwave oven seamless, fast and thorough. I would highly recommend her and this Home Depot. The whole transaction including getting my credit card information took less than 10 minutes.
