I travel as a plumber and inspector. I've used home improvement stores throughout Southern California; some stores a dozen times, and I know the locations by route. However good these stores have been for my business, not one comes close to the great service at San Pedro Home Depot. I have to give a lot of credit to the superior management. Guys such as Eric, Tim, Johnathan, Danny, Paul, Ben, and others. Things run smooth at this store. Yesterday I had a return for unusual supplies. I spoke with Eric and he directed me to another associate. Then to check out with Britany and Yolanda; who always do a terrific job. THANK YOU SAN PEDRO HOME DEPOT FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN! Great store great people.

Because of the people working here, today I was able to locate merchandise quickly, enter the check out; where upon I noted the swift character of the cashiers Edgar and Martin, speeding all of our items out and into the basket. Next, these terrific guys said hello upon entering, smiled and smiled again upon leaving. These great guys have a personality that says, "We're here doing the best possible job and we like what we do, and I hope you have a great weekend planting the fruit trees and vegetables." They make happen, every time I go through their line. Great store and great people working at this location. You won't be disappointed with the service.

This is a 5 Star store. I gladly re routed my travel today to shop at this store. Management is better than the other brand home improvement store I was originally scheduled to use. There is a pleasure using this store. Such as this morning. I walked into the store at the Gardening location and was immediately greeted with a good morning and welcome to HD. It was Martin and Edgar; both of these really terrific guys have such great communication skills it hard for me to say who did what better. I picked out materials and returned to check out. Martin understood the difficult check out of materials I was purchasing. He was extremely effective handling the transaction with out any delay- At the same time Edgar was assisting me placing items, and getting plastic sheeting ready. Wow these guys handle the work like they were building a house or digging a gas line, or repairing an engine. I am a plumbing contractor. I go to many other Home Depot location and I observe and work with many different skilled trades through out the year. I put Martin and Edgar right up there with the highly trained pros I deal with in the field. Great guys, great place to shop. TY

Great store great people I highly recommend Customer Service at this store, directly as a result of two people: PJ and Jennifer. PJ and Jennifer, a real "Win-Win!" Always these two terrific people will move the line out quickly by opening another register. They look! they See! They take action! For Example this am. two of the registers were busy, and Jennifer told PJ why don't we split this up, you take him (Me) at the other register. She did and immediately PJ conducted my transaction perfectly. What a great bunch. I enjoy being around such splendid personalities and people like this pair. Pleasant, responsive, skilled, and always ready to make it work for all of us busy contractors! thank you PJ and Thank YOU Jennifer.

This is a great store to shop at. Employees always having something very positive to say. These employees are continuously busy in plumbing and all the other areas, and if they aren't super busy they will take extra time to say hello and ask how your day is going. For example today. Brittany in the garden service area cashier assisted me, allowing me to set aside my cart; while I went back into the patio area and picked up mulch. More than that, Brittany was happy, pleasant, enthusiastic about my purchases, asking if I received everything I came for. Finally in friendly manner, she says have a good day and have a safe weekend. It's A real joy to meet up with people such as Brittany at any home improvement store, because it just doesn't happen that often.

Last week I was speaking with two of the managers; Eric and Johnathan, about COVID prevention. Both of these guys were intently interested in responding. They talked about how the HD has made protection a no. 1 priority. They said if you ever need assistants on this issues please call the store and ask to speak with a manager. I appreciated their time in spending a moment with me and explaining procedures.

I've been to many home improvement stores throughout Southern California, and it's difficult to find a truly great location to purchase what you need. But this is the place to be. At the SPHD there is a place for everything and everything in place. Great employees who have a serious nature about what they are doing. Each visit works for me. Such as this morning, I was able to get the lumber I needed, and then an error I made at check out resolved quickly by the fast thinking of Yolanda. Management was actively moving and directing heavy materials, but not too busy to say "Good Morning" and asking me "How's the day going?" and "Did you locate everything you needed?" What a terrific experience. There isn't a much better place to be if you want and effective store experience.

Excellent employees at this location. Solid assistance in plumbing, sales person Gene understood a complication pipe transition and guided me to the location for the parts I needed. Jonathan the manager was on top of it today, asking if I required further assistance in my purchases; which made me feel like somebody is paying attention to what is going on. Then the quick check was terrific. Their lead cashier Paul greeted me and asked if I found what I came to purchase. Good group of people working here, great service daily. I travel as a plumber. I do not think there is another store as good as this San Pedro Home Depot. The people working here make it happen every time, every time. TY

Why I recommend San Pedro Home Depot is simply put: Industrious employees! Honestly I've been using this particular store more than others because I receive immediate answers to questions, friendly service, intelligent answerers, warm greetings, and overall a "HOME TOWN ATMOSPHERE." A great store with terrific people who make an extra effort to get me in and out; with out wasting time. Dave in Construction Services was doing a great job at answering my questions about rough lumber today. I appreciate the San Pedro Home Depot and ALL the fine people who go to work and give it 100%.

Easy a "10" plus! For ex. today went terrifically quick getting through the cashier's line. I was asking why is this so much better than other stores? I realized how focused the people working on check out are. There's this guy Paul. He's amazingly skill at knowing exactly how and when to intervene and assist the checkers. He must be a management guy. He's so cool when doing this because he had this business like demeanor. I really appreciated getting their help. Nicole and Cheryl and LeAnn the same way! I go to this store whenever I need to get in, get the parts I need and get out! Good management also helps if there is a delay. Those guys are right there when needed. Good job San Pedro Home Depot. Something else I got assisted by was the yard (parking lot). Those guys working there had carts available on a water heater purchase Monday. In fact, Danny out there always is moving the carts into place. Makes it convenient. As a lic. plumber I feel a need for efficiency on my job so when I choose a store to go to, I choose an efficiently running store, just like SPHD.

I recommend SPHD because of quality fast and friendly service. I absolutely believe the management is excellent. Whenever I encounter material or product concerns, these really terrific managers have resolved them quickly. TY SPHD, great store great people working here.

Tim, Johnathan, Danny and Eric, these are solid guys who know as much about the plumbing parts as I do. They went beyond the call of duty today by assisting me with a Water Heater concerns. For example: Yesterday I spoke with Johnathan. He was very clear about how to handle the situation. Then today when I went in to resolve it, guess what???? Tim picked up where Johnathan left off. The guy is so darn intelligent. In just a few seconds he sized up the situation, spoke to customer service, and I was out of there like a rocket ship! I just can't say enough about great service like this! It is refreshing to deal with real professional such as these four great guys!

When you talk about excellent management YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST BE TALKING ABOUT THE SAN PEDRO HOME DEPOT! I had a serious concern about a plumbing product today. Do you know what? Within 15 mins. from start to finish I was departing the store with the new item I needed. I thought about this hardworking manager named Johnathan who came up with a plan. He sized up the situation quickly and acted appropriately, and the problem was solved! Honestly, never have I been treated so well as I was today. Great store, great people, I strongly recommend the San Pedro Home Depot to ALL my professionally licensed friends, because of what this terrific manager did for me today. He put out extra effort today to listen and solve my concern and I want to thank them all very much.

Best store around. I had some difficulties locating the correct kitchen faucet for a single whole sink. But, the terrific managers Danny and Eric were standing nearby. I explained the situation and both managers understood the application. I had a single whole faucet opening. They directed me to the Kohler Brand. It works great. I was glad I came to the San Pedro Home Depot today. I am a licensed plumber and technical advice to me is like gold! This store has some of the best people around.

100% great store to shop! I was purchasing in Gardening this early AM. Surprised to see my buddy and his wife picking up rocks and soil exactly next to me. Both of us noticed how neat, clean, and well maintained the area was, well stocked. Then when you add terrific gals such as Britany, and Leanne at check out; who were just terrific; saying hello, and showing me where the items were, wow! It just makes my day.

The store is clean and well organized. Customer Service people like Jennifer and Jimmy are the most attentive gals. I have the pleasure of having them handle my returns quickly and successful each time. I never have had a negative experience at this store. Managers are always willing and available for conversation. What I think is the motivation to do good work at this store is very high. I have made purchases at Home Depots through out Southern California. I believe in the staff at the San Pedro Home Depot more than any place else. I recommend this store with 5 Stars.

I will have to say Ben and Yolanda in Constructions Services know every location of every item in the store. I needed a particular masonry fastener. Next, I needed complicated information regarding a Rheems Water Heater. This pair answered my questions, I picked out the parts and checked out with them. A really great team to be around.

This is a great store with great people yet I prefer the store on Crenshaw as the employees are nicer.

I recommend the store because the managers and staff always are alert. I had to purchase a toilet. I spoke to plumbing staff and they recommended the American Standard. I thought about for a moment, as I did, the managers were walking passed. They stopped and smiled. Immediately suggesting the Champion 4 high flush unit. Perfect selection. I arrived at the job. The owner immediately looked ck'd on line for customer reactions to this particular unit. I am happy to report he was extremely satisfied. He said the American Champ 4 is rated 5 Stars! He said good job in buying this unit. Really it was the managers and plumbing staff that persuaded me to make this purchase. Thank you all the great people at San Pedro Home Depot.

SPHD is consistently the best store I use. Outside in parking lot things are orderly and I always find a place to park. If I require assistance in Construction Services, Ben, Yolanda, and Dave provide the most complete information I need. In plumbing department I feel the staff such as Gene, Terresa and Dave many times understand a plumbing product better than I do. I am a licensed plumber. For example: I have been corrected by plumbing department staff. I was on a permitted job nearby. I was connecting new 4" sanitary pipe to existing. I was rushing to pick up a part in the plumbing department, when the staff said, "Wait!" Then they explained to me to check my code manual, because the part I had chosen was not correct and would not pass inspection! Wow, I listened. I returned and installed their recommendation. The City Inspector arrived and signed off. I am glad I listened. Not only did their advice solve the transition connection, but it created a positive response from the inspector when he told the homeowner this contractor knows what he is doing!!! I ended this job and paid. Thank you San Pedro Home Depot. Great managers, great staff! Well done! Yahoo!

Had a return yesterday. Tired from week of a busy contractor. I did not expect the manager Tim to immediately come to my aid at Customer Service, but he saw there was a need. He immediately came to the station. He moved all of use in line through the procedure quickly. It was a cool thing. He handle the transaction very well. The others in line received the same treatment. It really made my day. Thank you San Pedro Home Depot.

The store has excellent recourses such as knowledgeable people in each department, especially plumbing. Gene, Terresa, and Dave know it better than any other store I visit. Great managers such as Tim, Johnathan, Danny, Eric and Paul have a handle on it also. A day never goes by with me leaving this store with out something good to say. (C-36, 734593)

Excellent source for parts and materials. Management team succeeds at this store. I needed assistance this am and when three men approached; Danny, Eric and Johnathan (the managers), I was surprised how they were willing to stop their busy routine, and ask if I required assistance. It was a good experience. I was walking in the wrong direction. They directed me to a sales person in appliances where upon they called and said they were sending me over to look at an appliance. Wow! really something. The managers here were actually taking their time to help. This type of service is why I strongly recommend the San Pedro Home Depot.

A store where employees are focused. Just today I needed assistance locating a part. I received excellent directions where to find it. When I got to the location I was surprised at how helpful Gene in Plumbing was. Besides that, he's a terrific person. So then I am like discussing the product with Gene, then the manager Johnathan happens by. He says good morning. Next, he tells me if there is anything I can do to assist you today, just let me know. Then he tells Gene to make sure I locate the correct part I am looking for. That was great service! It's like a Home Town store in the mid west. The down to earth place to shop.. Works for me, every time.
