This time around I was really looking forward to seeing the Christmas tree options since I have to replace my old artificial tree, and this location had way more options than the Hammond location due to it being a bigger store in general.

This store has a good selection of pre-lit Christmas Trees of various sizes with total number of branches and lights per tree identified. We found the tree we liked and purchased it without a problem. Our tree even came with a 3-year warranty.

I recently purchased a large tool chest that had some damage. The manager that was operating the store at the time gave me an incredible deal on the damaged item and had the employees help me load it. She really made me feel special. Very pleased with my purchases. I have been back a dozen times after. Lol

Kristen Pinedo at the Pro Desk is amazing and so very helpful. If you're a Pro this should be your next supply house and Kristen should be the one you order through. I had so many wrong Skus but thank God I had Kristen. I can't tell you enough how easy she made my job run.

John in garden was knowledgeable about everything I needed for my visit. I ended up getting a lawn mower, edger and grill with accessories. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, and he was happy to do it. In addition, Christian was great at completing my transaction. She walked me through my new Home Depot card and helped me with my offers to choose the one best for me. Both John and Christian delivered exactly what a customer experience should be.

Love buying my tools and home goes from Home Depot. The only thing that I wish they would change would be the fact that you need a receipt to return stuff. It was nice to not have to keep and hold all my receipts for 90 days also love that they’re the Carrie Milwaukee Tools, even though I am not impressed with there store rep

Have frequently visited this Home Depot for gardening needs and when doing projects around the house.

The employees went above & beyond to find the outdoor table I wanted on the very top on an aisle rack. All the employees I encountered in the last 2 days were so nice. I WILL shop here again.

This is a Home Depot, amongst the many in my homes vicinity, that I consider THE BEST.

There was problem with my online order, however the customer service representative and the manager went above and beyond to right the error.

The employees were super helpful in finding product and guiding my purchasing decisions.

Nursury has fine variety of plants and they are kept in good condition according to their needs.I'll be back!

The store manager at the Home Depot at 960 US-41 in Schererville, IN - Christian - was absolutely horrible! He was rude and impatient! We spend thousands of dollars at Home Depot every month for our business. I certainly hope that this is not indicative of the accepted behavior by Home Depot Corporation. I've been a Pro member now for more that 5 years and I have to say, this is the first time I've encountered this type of unprofessionalism and we shop at multiple Home Depots throughout both Indiana and Illinois! - CDE Services and Equipment

I have been going to the Home Depot store in Schererville, IN since it has been open. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Antionette for years. She has been nothing but a cheerful and kind person and always makes my day after dealing with her. A lot of people could learn from her. She deserves a raise just based on her personality.
