over all store was mostly in order. I like the fact that the staff was very helpful and should be commended for there efforts.

When I went shopping at this Home Depot I was very pleased with the assistance I got from two employees, one for finding a product, and the other for knowledge about certain discounts for veterans.

I always enjoy visiting my local Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I particularly like the displays. The seasonal areas of the store are arranged quite well and also well stocked. I enjoy browsing the store.

Employees are disrespectful and don’t care if you bye anything or not.

I like Home Depot because it is well stocked and not overwhelming like some other places. The employees are courteous and helpful. Home Depot has the best selection of flowers in the area.

I have been going to the Schererville Home Depot for a long time. They are always helpful and professional.

No one ever seems to know what the pallet quantities of concrete are. The cashiers are always asking around and no one knows. I always have to wait several minutes until someone calls the cashier. Sometimes they charge you $20 for a pallet deposit, sometimes they don't. But they tell you just to bring it back and say you have a pallet to return. They do not tell you that you need the receipt for the paid pallet deposit. This last visit the same thing happened. The cashier did not know the pallet quantity. I had to wait 10 minutes while several people guessed or said "I don't know". Finally we get the pallet quantity. I am cashed out. I did not get charged a pallet deposit. The cashier didn't know what that was. She also didn't give me the pallet discount. I ask her about the pallets I have in my truck to return. She calls someone on the phone. They say they don't return pallets. So I go to customer service and they tell me that I just need to bring the receipt with me to get the credits back. They fixed the pallet quantity discount for me. I go to wait for my pallet to be loaded. I wait 15 minutes and call the store. They say they will send someone out. I wait another 10 minutes and call the store. They say they will send someone out. 6 more minutes and someone comes out. They load a pallet into my truck and I look and it's the wrong concrete. They go back and get the right concrete. They load it, I walk around back and there's concrete on the truckbed. I can't even shut the door because there is spilled concrete on the door jam so I sweep it out with my foot. When I pull it out of the truck at my location there are at least four ruined bags and the tops of the bags are wet. I hate complaining and most of the time businesses shouldn't be held accountable for one person's poor service but this was all out of hand and repetitive behavior and an extended amount of time to make a transaction.

The store is clean. They had a lot for me to choose from for my kitchen renovation. The associate was very helpful and answered all my questions. She knew where everything was and stayed with me till we were done.

Employees Linda and Ernesto were extremely helpful assisting me with my grill purchase.

My sales associate was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Her name was Judy Pociecha. I will definitely deal with her again if I need another appliance

The associates could be friendlier to brown and black people.

As a black man shopping at this location, I have been ignored, customers have been allowed to be serviced before me (when I was being assisted by the same associate), I have been refused my military discount. The women at the customer service desk act like they own the store. The only reason I continue to patronize the location, is because I live in the 46375.

Employees are always friendly & helpful( really-it’s so great to shop here where the people working there actually Know the answers to my questions or are able to direct me to another employee who does)! Obviously noone can know ‘everything’ but it Is good that they know Eachother & can direct me to someone who can help! And this Home depot always has so many (number & variety) of houseplants -which are my favorite reason to shop here!

Chuck in the appliance department was very helpful. Staff in general were great.

I was walked personally by one store representative to the next department and representative all of which made sure that I understood what I was buying and that it was appropriate for my project and all with a smile and a thank you. This is my go to Home Depot.

Had a great experience with Steve buying a dishwasher. He knows his stuff!!

The wine cooler we wanted was out of stock. We got help from a Design Consultant Mary Ann L. Who was very friendly but unfamiliar with ordering online. We were overcharged $57.24. Mary Ann spoke with Manager Emily for assistance we were told we couldn’t get our money back, credit or refund!. We would get only $50 when we picked up the wine cooler. When I asked about the $7.24 she said it was an awkward amount and it was impossible to refund. We paid $541.68 this was supposed to be free home delivery we didn’t get that either.

Best home improvement store in northwest Indiana. Beats all the others companies. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. I will always shop here.

Store is neat, clean and well stocked. The employees are all friendly and acknowledge you when you walk in and as you are looking for something the employees always ask if I am finding everything ok, or if I need help finding something. Cashier's are always friendly.

We purchased an 8x10 area rug. Everyone was very helpful. They even loaded the rug into my SUV. Very happy experience.

The Schererville store is always clean and the associates are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful.
