I am always very happy with the costumer service I get at this store, your employee are alway in the isles and always asking to help.

I am starting some flower seeds in the house to plant in the spring. I was able to get a large seed starter tray at a great price. I also like to make wood cut outs of characters for outside. Those who work in the lumber section have always been very helpful when picking out the right type of wood.

Christian, Linda, Ismael have made my shopping experiences at Home Depot great.

Chose a great Samsung clothes washer...great price

My visit was very pleasant. I needed help with finding what I needed and was directed by an employee who was on her way to lunch. She took the time to lookup the information I needed and direct me. Then another employee helped me compare brands, the other parts I needed to complete the job and then directed me to the aisle and told me the differences in the parts. In other words, I was able to make an informed decision making my purchase. Home Depot had Delta, Kohler and other brands I trust. I purchased a new Ktchen faucet, garbage disposal, cabinet pulls, and other items for my kitchen. I am grateful I didn't take all night trying to figure it out and then subject to returning because I didn't get everything I needed.

I was here just a few days ago and this store rocks!! Had everything that I came to get and routed me to an online site where I could shop for my items! Everyone was so helpful on the floor when navigating me to items that I'd have no clue where to find them! Also I had left my home depot card at home and Gina was so helpful in using some of the features it took to process the transaction and also informing me of this survey that I'm completing! Thanks so much. This visit made my day!!

Employees are friendly and helpful.

We went in to look at refrigerators and with Judy Pocieca help we found what we needed.She is a great salesperson and takes her time when showing us the refrigerators.We will definetly be back

Sam in the Doors dept. gave me some solid advice on how to fix a hole in my wall. Not a handy guy, so I was totally in the dark but he told me what I should do, and I left feeling hyped to fix up my stuff. Thanks Sam! Give that dude a raise! lol

As a owner of a 35 year old house, I often am running to the Schererville Home Depot to either source materials for a new project or for a repair. The team here is outstanding. The advise they give me always makes my projects/repairs easier. Or at least give me the confidence to either move forward, or to seek help.

No, bad rebate customer service When an existing rebate gets repress When a rebate is reprocessed through no fault of the customer, it should be expedited!!

The cabinet designer did an excellent job on my cabinet layout. She is very experienced and I made the purchase knowing I had the best layout for a challenging space!

We wanted to order a stand alone pantry but had no idea just what we wanted. Mary Ann L. spent quite a bit of time with us showing us different options and helping us make a decision.

The Schererville store #1937 should be a model of how all Home Depot stores should and could be. The few times I've been to this Store #1937 it was always clean and in order The Employees was always nice and very helpful Instead of me having to look for help they saw me looking and asked if I needed help made me feel like a valued customer. Its refreshing. If I could offer one piece of advice it would be to stay away from #2036 Hammond the store is always a mess the employees are rude or just ignore you all together when you ask for a store manager they send out a floor supervisor. I can go on but in a few words store #2036 is horrible. they'll put a bad taste in your mouth.

I really enjoy this store and its good selection of items! This year, so far, I have purchased new ceramic tile, backsplash tile, primer, paint and painting supplies for my kitchen. I will buy my counter tops in the very near future. Also, I am planning to purchase Home Depot contractors to install the tile and counter tops. I have the utmost confidence in the quality of the purchased items and the crew to install those items. Each time that I visited the store for my needs, I have consistently received great help and value for my money. I was out the door and on my way home as quickly as humanly possible. Thanks to the great crew!

This store is amazing !! It’s clean and majority of the employees are so helpful and nice. I need to point out that there is a lady in paint, in which she is the rudest person I’ve came across in customer service. She rolls her eyes if you ask questions, and definitely if you don’t know about a product so you ask. Dealing with paint a lot so I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt but I can’t because every time I have to deal with her she’s rude and crap! This lady shouldn’t work with customers it’s clear she don’t like other humans. I never feel like I get help , she never asks me if she can help me and she NEVER tells me when my paint is done she just sets it to the side and ignore my group standing waiting. The lady needs to realize she works in a place where people are remodeling and changing things, so there will be questions. Your paint lady is the least helpful and friendly person you have in this store!!

Was in the garden dept. today. Worked with a cashier Demi who was very friendly and helpful. I bought mulch and Dakota helped load it. He was great. Love the Home Depot Garden Dept. I will be back.

Amazing customer service in the appliance department and kitchen design area - they worked together as a team during a very busy time to assist a long line of customers. Thank you for such great teamwork, you don’t see that to much any more and it’s nice to know Home Depot still does.

My wife & I shop here often and the customer service is AWESOME! On several occasions I've had questions about locations of an item, if the item is stocked, and the the customer service was great! The store is generally clean & the associates are friendly.

The store was very clean. The people were very helpful. If we didn"t know were something was we asked an associate and they told us were it was. very helpful.

Every one seems to know everything about the products they sell.
