I have videos pictures sent complaints and nothing has happened. Horrible customer service

Ordered water heater yesterday afternoon, Delivered to my doorstep by 8 this morning. Was suprised as I figured by this afternoon.

The appliance section employees are very knowledgeable. When I told them that I was not interested in a LG or Samsung washer or dryer they provided me with clear and concise pertinent information that allowed me to make a informed purchased.

This store has a Service Desk that brings added value to your purchase!

After completing my transaction with the cashier, she just stood there. I had to bag my own items.

I was able to get my BBQ/Smoker cover and the service was excellent

I sliced my hands to bits today on metal roofing at this store after 3 employees completely ignored me. This isn't the first or even 10th time I've been ignored here but I draw the line at injuries. I only shop here as an absolute last resort.

The store is well kept. The shelves are always full. The employees are always pleasant and willing to help. The in-store app is great. I put in what I'm looking for and it tells me exactly where to find it. It's great.

If you need anything for your kitchen go see Marie. She is the only person I would recommend what a wonderful employee.

People in the facility were very helpful . Immediately took me to the product I was seeking. Everything went extremely quick. Transition to checkout quick and effortless.

its refreshing to know that when l go to home Drpot in Sebring lam made to feel like family not just a custmer.

Once again, customer service as well as product availability was horrible. I’ve said before I won’t go back but was forced to due to matching of a product. No help to obtain a way to get military discount due to changing of your systems.

I always purchase my Kitchen Trash bags at this store. I always get the HDX brand, great quality and value. Try them out.

I am new to Florida and have much to do to improve my residence. I have been buyiing paint, lawn soil, turf builder, potting soil, 12 inch flat concrete blocks, scalloped concrete trim, $200 + worth of plants, ceramic floor tile, have rented a tile cutter, bought new counter tops and kitchen faucet over the past 2 months. So far, everything I have needed has been readily available in store and shopping has been a breeze. I find that the customers who shop at your store are as friendly and helpful as the employes...there is always someone volenterring to help me load my purchase into my vehicle. I am always pleasantly amazed at their kindness to a stranger.

Spent over a thousand dollars and probably would of spent more if I could of got the help I needed instead of being treated like a criminal from the moment I walked up to the building. I hope they send me a copy of the incident to post all over the internet

This store has great friendly employees. I shop there all the time for my home products. The store is always clean and staffers are always there to help.
