Excellent service by all who work there.

Employees are friendly and helpful and I'm always surprised at their knowledge of where an item is when asked. This is my first choice in Hardware stores.

Over my last several trips to this store I was able to find everything I looked for. The store was clean and organized and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful (especially Amanda).

We would like to thank the store for the safety measures they have taken with COVID. Almost every employee we passed while shopping greeted us and ask if they could help us. The store was clean and cool and felt safe.

Overall store is fine. Experience at checkout was distasteful. The cashier belittled me when I said no thanks to applying for a home depot credit card. He laughed and said "do you have money? I was asking him?" (Pointed at my father). Also, I am a veteran with a valid veterans ID on my state license. I was declined the military/ veterans discount because the cashier said it was "not within policy". I'm not one to create a scene, nor did I want to hold up the line. So we left without argument. But I felt overall disrespected by the cashier.

I generally find what I need at Home Depot. They have acquitted equipment for my disabled wife. The customer service desk has improved greatly over the last several years.

Always helpful but Kim, Ann, And Mike went out of their way to help.

Robert in flooring did a great job. He went out of his way to make sure we knew what we were doing and what we needed to make a successful install. Thanks!

Clean, friendly and ready to serve. Didn’t have to hunt for an associate. When I had a question, they had an answer. Not an “I don’t know.” The other big box store was using Covid as an excuse for everything.

My wife calls Home Depot or second home because I shop there every week.

I love HD but the time spent waiting at the paint desk needs to be addressed. When there are two lines of customers waiting, the associates need to call for assistance!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there is a good variety of product options.

I prefer this store for all sorts of reasons. Mainly their staff is friendly and when I am in a mood due to having to fix something breaking they seem to get me out of it. Definitely a plus.

This store has a very well-organized and well-stocked garden center. The plant prices, for the most part, are reasonable.

A clean and wellset up store. Our associate, Lupita, in the appliance department, was extremely friendly and very efficient in helping us with our purchase. All other employees were very friendly, courteous and helpful. A pleasure to shop at the Sebring, Florida Home Depot! We'll be back!

Had to them special order 4 items because they were not in the store. Paid for them and about a week later one item came to the store and I picked it up. After 2 weeks the rest of the order has not reached the store. I called to check the status of the rest of the order and after being on hold for about 30 minutes, I was told someone would call me back. About another 30 minutes later I got a call and was informed that for some unknown reason they have no record of the rest of my order. They asked me to come in and get a refund and reorder the 3 other items. I had to go to the CS desk to order these items. The CS person had no idea on how to handle this order. My wife and I spent 30 minutes at the CS desk to get the items ordered. This coming Wednesday a contractor is coming to install the 3 missing items.
