Best store I have been so far, thanks to the employee’s. Especially Jessie Prodesk.

I have a problem with my knee so I use the electric carts. I can always count on Home Depot having carts available that are fully charged and clean. Best place for a disabled person to shop in Sebring. The employees of this store are very friendly, smile, greet customers and offer assistance. I moved from Fort Lauderdale and we sure didn't receive the same great service there. Love to shop at Sebring Home Depot!!!

Enjoy shopping at this store don't know what to get because there is so much that l need. But l still keep coming back for more cause l find the things l need. As for the employees l could ask for help and they are there. The store is always clean and the aisles are clear. I want to say to the associates thanks for the help and respect you give us. GREAT JOB TO ALL.

Clueless and timid and not motivated associate handling pick up. She needs to be a cashier only...

Great store, great products, Super Pro Staff, great service

Like all the "Big Box Stores" you can enter through the Garden Center, go down the back isle make a u-turn go along the front of the store exit the garden center and not have one employee say one word to you. Then you see some employees in a gaggle or sneaking a peek at their "smartphones". You notice confusion at the cash register if it is even open. Since they are pushing "Self Check out". But, the Attendant at self check out opens a registar then ends up answering the incoming telephone calls while trying to clean out the line. "Nothing is Sold Until the Money Is Collected" and it is weakest spot in the store. Have you ever, ever seen a Home Depot "Store Manager"???

Had I needed assistance I would not have problems finding an associate to assist me. The shelves were well stocked with a variety of merchandise. Well run store.

The customer service at this store is above any Home Depot Store we have shopped at. The sales associates that we dealt with were patient and nice, helped us find what we needed.

These new self checkout registers are a definite downgrade. I make lots of purchases and I have our tax exempt number memorized. With the old self checkout, I could enter it faster than a regular cashier could even get to the menu. It’s why I love HD. But now with this new system, I have to hit “call for assistance”, wait for the person to walk over, scan their card, get to the menu, and then tell them my number. That is an incredible waste of time. Please offer feedback to whoever manages the software on these new self checkout machines that that they need to add the ability for the customer to enter their own tax exempt ID.

The only problem is asking for ID that your a vet. I believe you should take a persons word Do you really think many would lie about this. Just do it got good customer service. Also look at the pro account. See how much they have been loyal to you and just give the 10% off. It’s good you give one.

Now I’m not sure I even want to go to your store again.

This is the first time that we receive and EXCELLENT SERVICE from your store; Thank you, Thank you, Thank you CHRIS AND BRAD. Let me say this; Your Building, Installations and Product are EXCELLENT!!!!! In my opinion you need to work HARDER in the Costumer Service. Sometimes I get tired before just went into your store because I will walk all the aisles looking for what we need, just because you do not have the enough assistance to your Clients and believe me, sometimes is easier to ask assistance for another Client. I am giving you my humble opinion and please take it for good.

Quick and easy, in and out with what we needed except for the carriage bolts which we picked up across the street at another home improvement store.

We needed paint refill for a bedroom. The associate at the paint desk was only too happy to help us. We gave him the paint lid with all the information on it and one look told the associate the paint base was no longer made BUT he thought he could help us with a new base that was very much like the old one. It seems paint bases change every couple years, but fortunately the colors don't. We accepted the base and he mixed the colors, and to our expressed pleasure, the paint was a perfect match. I am sorry we didn't get his name but he was the associate we needed at that time in that store.
