The best staff!! The best service!!

I brought in some miscellaneous parts that had broken at 6am on a Saturday. Nate (I believe the store manager) met me, let me explain what I needed, then took me directly to the aisle and part. He walked me through a couple options about my part, and wasn't pushing me at all to buy a more expensive item. Super friendly, very knowledgeable! Also as I was leaving, each team member I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed more help.

Your employees are friendly, however, it seems you are short-staffed.

Nice to see the lumber starting to get back on the shelves.

I need to order some window and need them to match the one I had and Mark K was very helpful with finding what I need

I came in to pick up an online order and the manager Olivia helped me get an even better add-on purchase to take my Halloween decorations to the next level.

I've been using Home Depot for several years; and this store and others as far away as Florida. The quality of the products, availability and pricing are always as best as can be expected, anywhere; and anywhere you need to go around the country.

If don't want to be greeted or thanked this is the store for you!

The customer service has improved now at this store compared to prior years. Website is easy to use and my toddler loves the kids workshop held on saturdays here. Shout out to Brenda and Dianne for making our workshop fun- they took care of participants well and it was a fun experience for our dad-son time there.

We had a great experience while shopping for a new dryer in the appliance department. Our sales associate was Laura who was very knowledgeable and professional in handling questions and placing the order. I highly recommend you request her services when in need for an appliance.

Nathan and Thomas were super helpful with helping us finding the correct tool and hardware for our project! Nathan went above and beyond to help find the correct anchor bolts which saved time and money with our project.

I lost Mark Knaak's card and thought i would have trouble connecting back up with. He followed up with an e-mail and made the order process less anxious for us with his knowledge of the products and install process.

I had a return went fast & easy also was over charged for a item they refunded the difference with out any problems fast & easy

I was looking for a gas powered auger to dig fence post holes - I usually have to replace a couple of posts each year. I found this electric auger and was excited because it is one less gas motor to keep running. The machine has the power to do what I needed. Easy to use and assemble.

Shopping at the Shakopee Home Depot used to be a place where employees were cheerful and helpful. Now when I shop there I find mostly high school age kids that don't want to go out of their way to help. I witnessed two employees bulling a lot employee that is autistic. It was horrible, I reported this to management. I was angered to see these employees, that did the bulling, are still working there. I don't think I will be shopping at any Home Depot store again. I can not support a company that would keep an employee with such behavior.

I was promptly greeted with a smile, answered all of my questions and we even had shopping cart races with Home Depot buckets for helmets. Is it possible to have more fun!??

It was great to get help and not have to search forever to find an employee.

we were provided great customer service in multiple areas of the store... one employee in particular stayed with us as we talked through our project and walked us to the other areas of our interest. We looked at bedroom doors, closet doors, knobs, paint, and electrical wire.

The outdoor carpeting I got was just the right amount on the roll, it was ment to be. Thanks Doug & Laura

Nathan in paint. He was super helpful. I called ahead to determine if the problems I had could be solved at Home Depot Shakopee vs another store. Nathan confirmed that he had what I needed to solve the problem of matching my 12yr old paint. I arrived, he was cheery and asked more details about what I was working with. Through that conversation he advised me to try a matte as well as an eggshell sample. Truly exceptional customer service. Thanks a lot Nathan!!

Appears to be a management change. The staff, even though short, are extremely well trained and provide a helpful and caring attitude. Shai-Anne needs to be recognized and acknowledged for her commitment to service.

Love this store, employees are friendly and I always find what I’m looking for.

This is not my normal store, but was the only Home Depot in our area with the specific product I wanted. Staff was amazing in helping me find the product, getting the display one working to see, and pricing matching an item. I definitely recommend this store.
