I bought a shovel and I really dig it.

Most customer service friendly Home Depot store I have ever been in! You guys rock!

I regularly shop at the Sheridan store. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. This store is well stocked with a good selection of the items I'm looking for.

I really like the Home Depot store in Sheridan! Most of the employees have been exceptionally helpful and friendly. The store is clean and carries a lot of products. I like the way products are labelled in isles and bays. I like that face masks are encouraged and free masks given to those who do not have one. I appreciate their efforts in trying to help control the spread of Covid-19. I highly recommend this store.

Our store in Sheridan is friendly and efficient, someone is always around to ask if I'm finding everything ok. Paint counter team is always awesome amd there's never a bad wait.

Had a hard time finding an associate for the department we were shopping in. But Mostly once we found someone they were very helpful. Specifically Mia in the customer service. She was very nice, very helpful, and very gracious as we were looking up special order items on the computer. There was a lot of back and forth on the web page as we were trying to find the item we want and got distracted by a similar item that was shown but she was very patient as we decided if the new item would work better.

Management is incredible. Definitely there to take care of their customers needs. Dan one of the managers is wonderful and goes above and beyond.

This store has all the benefits of a large chain store paired with the friendliness & care of a small town retail experience. Even in these unprecedented times my customer service expectations have been exceeded & I felt safe and well cared for while shopping. Because of COVID19 I’ve had to make Sheridan my home for the foreseeable future, but every employee treats me like I’ve lived here my entire life. Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time to ensure that was not going to purchase another damaged Microwave. Your the only sales person who I’ve experienced during my two years of shopping at Home Depot that went above and beyond. Super Job you’re reason I went ahead to purchase another microwave.

The store was clean and all employees wore masks. The manager wasn’t particularly helpful, but all other employees were helpful and welcoming.

The Sheridan, Wyoming Home Depot is very well stocked, the people are friendly, and if we need help, they are always willing to do so. Our cashier today was Mia, and we know her from other activities. She was very helpful and active in getting us checked out in a quick manner.

The store is clean and friendly. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful! Don was very kind to stay with us to finish our transaction even after “quitting time “. I would very much recommend the Sheridan Home Depot!

The 2 guys that helped load were angels, but the service desk for picking up orders was rude, and I will not ever order again. Most of the employees I encountered were rude, huffy and acted like I shouldn't ask for directions. Horrible experience.

Parents: STOP bringing all your children into the store. We've been advised to shop ALONE, not with 2-5 kids climbing on everything helping to spread viruses. Home Depot: please limit children inside the building. Menards is currently not letting any children under 16 years of age inside their store. Great idea! Also, it would be helpful if the cardboard floor displays were removed to allow more freedom of movement to maintain social distancing. After searching 10 aisles for a heavy duty cart inside the store, I asked an employee if they could direct me to an available cart. They told me to go find one out in the parking lot... with at least six employees standing around with their hands in their pockets, a previously frequent customer would expect carts to be collected from the parking lot in a timely manner.

I have always had decent experiences until this visit. I had to go find a flooring person and when I did the girl, Becca, was discourteous and seemed to be put out at having to do her job that she didn't know anything about anyway. I finally gave up on her and walked away.
